I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Christopher Gist is an amazing sales person! I called him on Wednesday, inquired about a particular Tundra. We discussed minor details, the biggest being that I live more than five hours away! He assured me if I wanted the Tundra, I could have it and began working that instant! Not only did I get the truck I wanted, the options I wanted, the financing I wanted, but I also met one of the nicest, most fun salesman I have ever met! I actually had the feeling that me and Chris had been friends for years and he was trying to help me more than anything else! I would challenge ANYONE who is considering a new or used car to give Mr.Gist a call!

Toyota of Easley had the exact 4Runner I was looking for within a few hundred mile radius of me. Mary Beth immediately called me back to confirm. From there she was very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. We used email, phone calls and even texts to communicate. Very easy to work with and it was actually a positive experience, even though we were 300 miles away! I would absolutely use this dealership again in the future even though I have another one 5 miles away from me.

My agent Brad is the best. Very informative about the car and did not push model. I took two days to decide and found the experience of buying a new car great.

Sylvia, our salesman has a wonderful personality and has great communication. I do feel like I should have gotten a lower price considering a few factors (similar car on the lot with more features etc but I didn't like the color, another dealer same price and with added feature but lifetime warranty in which was not offered in greenville- that is on me but I ended up choosing to not drive further) Sylvia's willingness to communicate is what helped draw me to come to her instead. There was a blemish on one of the rims that she said she would have taken care of and did. On my appointment to get the rim painted over, she also took my car and filled it up with gas again. She's very helpful and accommodating. After the deal was made and asked how much we wanted to put down, they came back to tell us there was a certain amount that was required to finance which was a pretty high number. I don't believe that as fact since it wasn't told beforehand, I have excellent credit and they deal with multiple banks. They benefit on their end to finance more, but I'll take care of that in my own way- but that had nothing to do with Sylvia. She was great to work with.

So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!
