I was in the market to trade in my Highlander for a new one late last year. It was a pleasure working with Dan! Even though it was a several week wait, we kept in touch via text and I was always updated on ETA. When the car came in he made it really easy to complete the transaction. It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

My husband and I were there 4/22/23 and worked with Kole. He is just excellent to work with. Funny too. Not pushey and so very helpful and thoughtful. We will recommend him hands down!

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Was there twice in feb 2025 trying to find out what is a wrong with the ram ,and a recall ,the dash lights and head lights every thing goes out,,, today it was stating ,low voltage codes came up..received a new battery today ,we hope thats the problem twice now Elliot Barg was the service advisor that helped me, took his time explaining the rams problem and recall very knowledgeable and was very patient great staff Thank You Elliot Barg , hope you have a great week..

It is a GOOD Jeep and I LOVE everything about it the color and EVERYTHING it have in it and the drive and the performance
