2026 Lexus RX 350h review
The car is beautiful and the interior is very nice. The steering wheel controls for the various function is not easy to understand and make adjustments. It gets the advertised MPG with the Hybrid set up. Acceleration is a little slow but it has plenty of power for me. I would recommend this car.

2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid review
The 2026 Pallisade Hybrid Calligraphy AWD is a great value with standard options typically not found in this price range. However it does have some flaws. (1) With a seat control safety software change roll out getting the 2nd row seats positioned for third row seat access and then back to a usable position for the 2nd row passenger is extremely difficult and time consuming. (2) AWD hybrid mileage is 24 mpg and not the 30 mpg as advertised. (3) Some key FOB issues coupled with smartphone digital key issues.

2022 Ford F-150 review
My experience with Ford F1 50s is that they have gotten better with time. I’ve owned three now and my latest 2022. I’ve had zero performance issues. None of the electrical problems like somebody put in a review no transmission no engine problems nothing. It’s a 3.5 L V6 eco-boost and it has the best passing power of any vehicle I’ve ever owned. It can also toll anything in the backup cameras and all the front and above cameras are absolutely essential and work great. Most of all it has had a couple of recalls they’ve taken a bit of time, but I don’t care if they recalls. I’m not paying for them. None of them have been major things all have been fixed. Undoubtedly this is the most comfortable vehicle I’ve ever driven. It’s quiet it rides like a comfort sedan and it has a large enough gas tank to get me a couple of states. The hard roll up Ford cover is much less expensive than some aftermarket types. It’s not floppy. It’s solid and easy to use. This baby has been in the field. I’ve hunted and harvested a half a dozen deer with this beast out in the middle of nowhere of North Dakota. It’s completely reliable.

2026 Toyota Highlander Hybrid review
It is a very smooth ride! Handles beautifully. Gas mileage a big improvement with the hybrid. We have the platinum version. I have driven two different Toyota Rav 4’s over the past 12 years, and enjoyed them also; however there is no comparison to the Highlander! It is just a great vehicle!

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. 2026 Honda Accord Hybrid review
This is my best Honda Accord. Great construction. Love the engine. Performance is superb. You cannot beat the mileage at 44 miles/gallon. The ride is smooth. I highly recommend the Honda Accord Hybrid.

2023 Lexus RX 350h review
It is unique to have those three characteristics in one vehicle. Reliability: I had 11 years RX350 with zero problems. Just regular maintenance. This was a reason I purchased a new one. Luxury: It is very quiet and comfortable ride, perfect ergonomic seats and suspension, really luxury filling. Spacious front and rear seats, adequate cargo volume and driving assist features. 4-cylinder engine is maybe loud above 2000 rpm, but normal drive do not reach this number. Fuel Efficiency: Car computer was showing 45 MPG for city driving, but brochure shows 37MPG. i decided to check this discrepancy in reality by counting mileages and fuel gallons on gas station. Results were 46.02MPG! I checked milage accuracy comparing to navsat and gallons with weight method. Both measurements were accurate. I even reached 50MPG with city drive, slow acceleration, long braking distances and gliding ride! Conclusion: I lost refinement of V6 but increase fuel efficiency for 100% and earned many features that absolutely make sense to get this car. It is not for someone who ask for sporty style driving, but has sufficient power to easy overtake any vehicle on highway.

2026 Toyota RAV4 Plug-In Hybrid review
I have had the car one month so far, RAV4 plug n see They say I can go 50 miles on electric charge, I am getting 55 to 58 depending on my driving style with running the a/c. So far I have not used a drop of gas. I am charging at night from 10pm to 7 am using 110 standard plug. The lowest I have taken battery down is 28%. Our local electric company has great rates from 12 to 6 am, I have figured my charging cost at about .64 cents per night for a full charge. The car is very quiet and smooth, with the horse power at 300 plus it is very quick. Looks great and runs like you want.

2026 Toyota Tacoma Hybrid review
This is my 2nd new 2026 Tacoma Hybrid LIMITED. Why the limited? Full time 4WD with ability to bypass center differential and go full time 4WD high and low, like the non-limited versions. I found that the torque was too high in anything but the full time 4WD limited hybrid, and the rear wheels would slip. If not full time 4WD, can't put into 4WD proactively seeing a dangerous situation ahead and making a turn until you are in the bad stuff, which is normally too late. In my humble opinion, if you don't have this specific variant of the Tacoma, it isn't worth it. The solid full time 4WD is worth it in all driving conditions from dry, to wet, to snow. No rear wheel slip pulling out of a slight incline on dry pavement. Even with weight in back, the non-full time 4WD models slip. That said, there are things about this that are annoying. The handoff from electric to gas can be jolting or grate on your nerves like hearing a bad song over and over again. However, the MPG gain, is music to my ears, instead of 16 or maybe 17mpg, I'm usually at 24mpg on a mixed run of city, suburbs, and highway. This is not like other hybrid models, in operation or smoothness. You will sometimes find when cold it is a bit clunky or unpredictable with shifts and stuff. And sometimes, braking can be unpredictable as to how much pressure is needed. I haven't figured out why, but think it has something to do with the hybrid as a non-hybrid 2025 trd off road I had, didn't have that issue. Now, the other annoying thing, and happened on both of the 2026 limited hybrids I bought. The drivers seat, the seatback, will recline all the way to touch the rear seat bottom cushion. Seems to be when you walk out of range with remote and car is running. Why? Don't know but will look into it when it goes in for its first service. The good stuff is many, and one of those is the A/C. It's a hybrid A/C system so it's not dependent on the gas engine running to put out super cold A/C. That is a must for me. And while there are no back seat vents for A/C, it cools the whole thing off well and quickly. The ventilated seats are also amazing. The large radio screen, the big dials to turn up/down the temp, and radio, these are awesome. Being able to see all around the truck, well that is so nice, no chance you won't see something. I know I use the auto on feature, so when starting out, or below 10mph, the cameras come on automatically. The remote features are also amazing. A digital key in your phone, a credit card sized physical key for your wallet, and the app will all let you get in and start and drive your truck. So if you forget your key, you can move on without it. You can set your HVAC settings from the app on remote start. You can check status of tire pressure, doors open/closed, windows open/closed, etc. via the app. Priceless. Overall, it's a great truck for me, an older guy who needs the legroom nothing else really can provide except a competitive mid-sized truck, but can't get as a hybrid and full time 4WD. Besides all of that, Toyotas do hold their value. When I traded in my Tacoma TRD off road that was about 3 months old, I didn't lose any money on it. They are in demand. And so are these models. The electric tailgate is awesome and would not want to do without anymore. Parking assist sensors are very helpful. And if people tell you the front spoiler underneath the truck looks stupid, I'll tell you that after a couple of days you never even see it let alone worry about it. If it helps mpg's, it stays on. The lights are all LED's in and out. The LED cargo lights and trailer light are very useful. Same with the puddle lamps and door marker lights for when a door is open to prevent others from seeing it Is open.

2026 Toyota 4Runner Hybrid review
This vehicle is not only very comfortable inside but is very stylist in a brutal sort of way on the outside. Stated milage is 24 but we have been able to squeeze 26.9 out of it so far. As to reliability, we owned our last 4 Runner for 29 years with normal maintenance...hated to get rid of it.

2021 Volvo S60 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid review
I love Volvos. I owned one of the first production S60 R models (I miss the manual shift). This S60 is my fourth. I recently updated my last S60 T5. The old one drove great, and was very reliable, it just went past it’s seven year CPO warranty, and was at 96K miles. So when looking for a new car - I knew I was going to get another S60. Everything I loved about the old S60, is improved in this new model. The exterior styling is slightly more aggressive, which I love. The handling is smoother and more responsive. It is fully loaded, and the technology is amazing. Driving it from Georgia to North Carolina and back was perfect (made even better with auto pilot assist and adaptive cruise control). At one point in the trip there was a downpour with very limited visibility. Having the lane assistance, the collision-avoidance, and with all of that being wrapped in the security of a Volvo removed any anxiety. The only slight ding on the interior is the really small console storage (due to the hybrid battery), and that it doesn’t support wireless Apple CarPlay (it does support wired Apple CarPlay and the Android version). Yes, the hybrid range is rather limited, but perfect for local commuting. The car is really quiet, but gives you all horse power you could ever want. Seeing the drivers with the showy muscle cars amuses me, knowing I can leave them eating my dust. I just love it.
