I've purchase three vehicles from Coastal. They are extremely professional, friendly and accommodating! I always recommend purchasing a vehicle from them! They make the process easy and quick! Both the sales department and the service department staff are exceptional!

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

My mothers car motor blew and she needed to purchase a car within the week. Dad died over the summer so this is the first major purchase she has had to do without him since the 60's, so of course I helped her. We visited EVERY car lot from Melbourne to Palm Bay, test driving an endless number of cars, brand new and used to see what was out there. The Coastal Lot was the first we went to, then last lot we visited. There was such a warm atmosphere at Coastal, no pushy salesman trying to steer my mom away from what SHE wanted to look at. Manny even came in on his day off, without telling us it was his day off, I know he did not want mom to feel pressured. Manny was willing to go above and beyond for my mother without bragging that he came in on his day off, we found out from someone else he was off that day. Spike (Sales mgr.), Candy (paperwork) and EVERY other person we encountered were fantastic! WE have already been telling everyone we see what GREAT people are at Coastal Hyundai!!!

It was time for me to get a new car. I had no idea what I wanted. I went to Coastal Hyundai to check out what they had to offer. I looked at several and drove four models. Wes was helpful and willing to put up with my indecision on which vehicle I preferred. I finally decided on a Sonata. I will refer my family and friends to Coastal Hyundai and Wes Baker.

A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

This is the second car I have purchased from Rischi at Coastal. He is pleasant to work with and has most paper work completed before I even get there. I will continue to recommend my family and friends to go see Rischi. I was not even planning on buying a car, but the personal follow up with from Rischi with my purchase two years ago, kept me informed of the current specials.

I wanted a used small car that was reasonable priced with under 70,000 miles. I found this small hatch back hybrid in excellent condition. The interior is very sport and I love the hatchback to get packages in and out of the car easily. It will be very economical for commuting to work.

Overall a good car for the price, smooth and quiet ride (for its class) and surprisingly accurate gas milleage. What we like so far (got it a month ago and have already 1500 miles (driven in the mountains and in the city): consistent great gas mileage - the best among hybrids; nice exterior design and great safety features; spacey interior; very decent and quiet ride: don't expect great power from the start but can get to 140 - 160 miles/hr and ride smoothly and quietly. What we don't quite like: the door pockets are so small one cannot fit a regular cup of coffee or tea, rather cheap fixtures, missing back sit middle cup holder (they added it to the more expensive models but these have lower gas mileage), the mirrors do not automatically fold, weird design of the middle console, it has a sort of wall (possible for the right seat rider to hold) but that takes of the space we could've use to add a two cup holder adaptor. After a year of ownership I'll update the review.

Bertus was my service advisor and he really made this experience a good one, despite the fact that I walked in with a serious problem with my Eos. I was pretty sure what the general problem was (misfire from bad spark plugs) and the diagnosis confirmed this. I explained that I had a limited budget for the repair and we discussed the best options. Bertus gave me a price quote within my budget and arranged a rental car for me. When my repair was done, the final cost came out under the initial quote. As a woman, I have had my share of shady car service providers, but despite appearances, I worked in the car industry years ago and have a good basic knowledge that prevents me from being taken for a ride and I never felt I was being talked down to or taken advantage of during this service. I truly appreciate the respect and honesty from Bertus. I have had positive experiences with Prestige VW before and this one is icing on the cake. I would certainly recommend their service department for anyone with a VW.

Bought a car that needed some work. So, they fixed it up and now I have a beautiful new-to-me Jeep. Service and body work service people were awesome. I was in and out in a day. Thank you Gator!

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Coltan Holmes was great to deal with. The entire process was straight forward. There were no surprises. Coltan communicated clearly over the phone prior to our visit to the dealership. We live an hour away and it was well worth the trip

Great experience so far with the Tacoma. Have loved the ride and comfort it provides, with the only negative so far being some of the quality of the interior isn’t the greatest. The door panels specifically are loose feeling on the handles, seems cheap for a $55k truck.

We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

From start to finish it was a painless experience. Josh was beyond helpful and took great care of me. I would totally go back to him again. Love the car and got a great deal. Jonathon took care of all the paperwork and that too was painless. Highly recommend this establishment.

This car was bought to replace a 2017 Toyota Camry that was totaled in an accident. After much searching we found the interior/exterior color combo we wanted. This is our first hybrid ,and while it takes a little time to get used to the feel of a hybrid, we were very happy with the drivability and overall feel of the car.Honda claims up to 48 MPG city. We've achieved low 40's since our current commute is very short. That will most likely change once I start driving for Uber again, so I'm confident that the MPG figure will reach Honda's claim.

I’ve owned this for 2.5 years, I bought it because it was as jeep and allowed me to drive it in electric mode. Few problems. I drive it almost exclusively in electric mode. Yes, there are times when electric is unavailable but that is due to not putting gas in for a long time. Once I even put in 2-3 gals. good to go.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Bought the new 2025 AWD CRV Hybrid Sport Touring in red. CUV handles relatively well and fits a 6' person though the seat bottom should be wider and more legroom is needed. Considering the High prices, the vehicle Lacks many basic features found in competitors' vehicles like fog lights, spare tire, large infotainment screen, ventilated front seats, heated rear sets, panoramic roof and even a rear cargo cover. Honda makes those options available on its Acura line which is Not comparable since Acura does NOT have Any hybrid vehicles, yet those options are also available in its vehicles outside the U.S. It really needs a more powerful engine. Honda is relying on its Old reputation of reliability of its vehicles and historically known of not including more standard equipment and more powerful engines while charging high prices, hence bad 'value' for their prices. Reliability to be determined. Takes ~1K to break in and the mileage is decent, ~38/hwy & ~42/local driving. This is not a racing vehicle so don't drive it aggressively like one. Sales person was friendly & professional. The dealership experience was terrible! Both the sales & finance managers were horrible! Sales manager admitted to Marking Up the prices because the CRVs were very popular and were selling, which surprised me and the sales person next to me! Even tried selling accessories at his 'cost' which cost Less online elsewhere! Worse, did NOT HONOR the sales price listed on its website, just under $39K! Bought it slightly above base MSRP (the small trade helped bring it down but not much). The VIN provided was authentic, as the sales person found the CUV, which was test driven and later bought & owned! The funny yet sad thing was that the vehicle was a swap from another dealership. Finance manager was rude, disrespectful, arrogant & unprofessional. Rushed the signing of documents. Was told something to the effect of 'Your know it all attitude...' after asking about the loan contract and warranty details. Didn't bother to explain the loan contract, extended warranties or pricing unless asked. Didn't even bother standing up to end meeting but put out hand on the table to shake. They got my Initial and Only business! Told Honda via official survey. General manager later responded that survey 'hurt him'. Train your people to behave like professionals without the greed & don't look for pity afterwards! You got your money from your Poor & Insulting attitudes & services and then Expect Positive ratings??! AVOID Honda North!

I’ve had this car about a month now and I love it. It drives smoothly and seamlessly. The body is just a tad smaller than my old impala which is also very nice!

Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

I was working with Eric Berkowitz on a used Camry. I was coming in the next day to buy it, when I got a call letting me know that it had been sold. I thanked them for their honesty, giving me the heads up, as most dealers would have just let me come in and then try to switch me to another car. I still came in the next day and worked with Eric. They found me another Camry with the certified warranty, and gave me an even better deal!!!! I would definitely recommend working with both Toyota Of Melbourne and Eric! Best car buying experience I've ever had!!!

I recently traded in a 2013 Toyota Prius C for this car, a 2025 Prius LE AWD in guardian grey. I loved my old car so I was interested in sticking with the prius and I'm glad I did. They've upgraded this car in so many ways and it is truly fun to drive now. Pros: -Upgraded engine. This engine has more than double the power of the old engines and it makes a huge difference without hurting the fuel economy at all. It makes this car super fun to drive and it handles very well. -Improved styling. These cars don't look anything like the old priuses. They look so much sportier and overall better. I also really liked most of the color options they had. -Value and reliability. The new priuses provide better power combined with the same great fuel economy that prius has become known for. I regularly get 60 mpg. They also aren't very expensive comparatively. I also know that as long as I take care of it I will likely get at least 12 years out of this car like I did with my last prius. Cons: -Not a lot of headroom. Technically speaking, this car has comparable headroom with it's main competitor, the Honda Civic Hybrid, but with the design of the car (long and low) it feels like less. This isn't an issue for me but I can see how it would be an issue for others. -Decreased visibility. Again, because the car is long and low, the windows have slightly decreased visibility compared to earlier generations of this car. I think the safety features in this car more than make up for it so I don't really have an issue with it. -Cheaper materials. The plastic pieces in the interior of the car feel a little bit cheaper and flimsier than they did in my old prius. It's not enough to be a huge issue and the interior is well designed so I don't really notice it but there is a difference. However this is something I noticed in all of the cars that I tested so it's not limited to this model or brand. Overall, this is a great car and I'm very happy with it!
