Purchased my car here and I get my services here. On this particular visit, the wait to check in was a little long, but overall the liaison was polite and I like that they do everything by text. They also charge a service fee for using your credit card which is getting way too common. I used a debit card to avoid the fee. There are lots of restaurants, shops and cafes in the area to go to while you?re waiting.
2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid review
I`ve only had the Kia Sportage EX AWD hybrid for 3 weeks previously owning a 2023 Toyota Rav4 XLE (gas) that seemed bullet proof even after 30K miles. Looking to upgrade to a new hybrid vehicle I was thoroughly impressed with my Kia test drive . The Kia Sportage is so smooth and quiet with strong acceleration and comes with an automatic transmission instead of a CVT. I had studied all the reviews available and concluded that this was among the top compact SUV hybrids .

My wife and I recently purchased a Hyundai Ioniq 5, and I wanted to recognize Ryan and Sales Manager Sam for making the entire experience outstanding. Before purchasing, we had been researching EVs for quite some time. The Ioniq 5 was at the top of our list, but we weren’t ready to buy because we were in the middle of purchasing a home. Even though the dealership was a considerable drive from Point Loma to Poway, we chose to visit because of the dealership’s reputation and positive reviews. When we first met Ryan, we were upfront that we were interested in the vehicle but couldn’t make a purchase until after our home closed. Ryan completely understood our situation and never pressured us. Instead, he stayed in touch, followed up professionally, answered our questions, and even sent us a very reasonable offer while we were still deciding. Once we were finally ready to move forward, Ryan had everything prepared for us. We were able to test drive the vehicle again, review the details, and move through the process smoothly and efficiently. His patience, honesty, and customer-focused approach are exactly what every car buyer hopes to find. I also want to thank Sam, the sales manager, who was extremely helpful during the final purchase process. He worked hard to make sure we received every incentive and discount available and took the time to explain the numbers clearly. At no point did we feel pressured—only supported. Buying a home and a vehicle at nearly the same time can be stressful, but Ryan and Sam made the car-buying process easy, transparent, and enjoyable. The Ioniq 5 is an amazing vehicle, and the experience we had with this team made it even better. If you’re considering a Hyundai, I highly recommend asking for Ryan and working with Sam. 2023 Kia Niro Plug-In Hybrid review
I purchased my KIA Niro PHEV in 3/'23. When people ask about how I like it, I tell them that I think KIA gathered designers, engineers and sales people together to create a vehicle just perfect for me. As most of my trips are under 40 miles(round trip), 90+% of my driving has been by battery power. I charge mostly at home and have seen no significant increases in my power bills. I add a couple gallons of gas every few months, averaging well over 225 mpg. There's plenty of room for 4 adults (5 would be cozy) and with the back seats folded it provides ample space for large items. I've driven it just about 25K miles and look forward to many more. It's fun to drive, pleasingly quick and adequately fast. I've had no service issues and hope that continues. Oh yes, It's Fire Orange so I can find it in parking lots and the color has drawn positive comments. As I'm approaching 90 and still shopping for a "sports car", this one will most likely turn out to be an appropriate compromise(and potentially extend my life!!). If you decide to purchase one, I hope you enjoy it as much as I have mine.

2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid review
I purchased my CX50 Hybrid a month ago and absolutely LOVE IT. It's got beautiful interior, body lines and plenty of power for a speed demon like me. I test drove many similar vehicles- Honda CRV (plain boring interior), Toyota RAV4 (too small and expensive) and Lexus (too expensive). Everything else out there similar is a Turbo and my mechanic husband wouldn't let me buy a Turbo. The only thing that i am not a fan of is the wireless charging pad. I cannot find a phone case that will work with my phone/wireless charging. I have a 14 iPhone promax which is oversized and a camera that sticks out too far. I will keep trying to find something but that's my only issue so far.

2021 Lexus UX 250h review
I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid review
My second cx50 hybrid. Also purchased a 2025 cx50 last year and still have it. Purchased the second one for my wife. I love the car. Interior is top notch on both cars . Owning the 2025 I anjelous of a couple of my wife’s 2025 option adds. Both cars are premium plus versions but the 2026 has a heated steering wheel and parking sensors where the 2025 does not. Really Mazda why not. Even though these glaring differences. I still do not regret the purchases. I would have purchased a RAV4 but with my bad back and the door clearance on the.RAV.i had to pass. I found that the CX50 hybrid has the RAV drive train and the clearance allows me easy entry and exit it was a winner for me. Love. Oth cars and highly recommended them.

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I purchased my Santa Fe from Dickson city Hyundai about a month ago I love everything about it so far. Very roomy. The 3rd row is great for the extra passengers but also when it’s down the trunk is huge. Love the dashboard and screen. Back up camera is great. Very safe reliable vehicle for my family with tons of personalization and tons of safety features. It’s luxurious without the heavy price tag.

2025 Toyota Land Cruiser review
I purchased this car at the end of June 2025 and currently have only 5,000 miles on it. So far I love the Land Cruiser. The interior is very nice, but not especially plush. It is comfortable. The LC handles well, but I haven't taken it off-road, nor have I had to deal with difficult weather conditions. The drawbacks that I see are that it requires premium gas, does not get especially good gas mileage, and the gas tank is small for the size of the vehicle. I have no regrets in buying this vehicle.

This is my second one and I like it more than the first. Very comfortable, great ride, interior luxurious. Electronics a little more complicated than my 2013 but learning them. Gas mileage excellent. Overall great car.
