Fell in love with a nearly mint, custom Cadillac DTS at Eston Auto this fall. Reached out via Cars.com and within a day, I got a call from Will, who was just as stoked about the car as I was. He set up a time for me to come and check it out, and the next day I set out from Manhattan to see if for myself. The lot ha s a number of great looking vehicles, and you can tell these folks are dealing in quality. The facilities themselves might look the poshest, but you're sure to feel welcomed and treated well (and that's what matters). Will had the car ready for my partner and I to take it out for a test drive, and we took it on quite the spin. He was very honest and forthright about the car and the business, and when we returned to the lot he handed us off to his colleague Roman, who took us over to their garage to let us check out the undercarriage and ask any questions we might have had. It was pretty much a done deal from there, and when we returned to the office, Janno was able to start the financing process and get the bank folks on it immediately, despite it being a holiday weekend. We were approved and on our way back to the city in our shiny new beast by nightfall. IT took a bit longer to get the registration sorted out, but Janno was very responsive and communicative the whole time, and saw to it that the materials got to me in time. If you're in the market for a quality used car at a great price, without the gimmicks and doublespeak, this is the place to go. They'll take care of you.

I have to say that I was happy with the service I got from Elizabeth Avenue Auto Sales.. everyone treated me fine especially my salesman Santiago who pick me up from the bus station in New Jersey after coming from Washington DC to purchase a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring. The actual sales process with paperwork and everything was pretty easy no sales pressure or hassle.They have some really reasonably priced used cars...( do your homework on the car you choose to buy)The car i purchased lived up to everything it was advertised to be I drove it from New Jersey 2 Capitol Heights Maryland with no problems at all thanks ...guys and thank you Santiago wish you and everyone at Elizabeth Avenue Auto Sales all the best

My previous car needed a head gasket and was too cost prohibitive to fix. I would up at White Plains Hyundai, unfortunately not there anymore. But I gotta say, this was the best dealership I have ever visited and the car I got was one of the best I've ever owned. A 2006 Hyundai Azera Ltd. with @ 96,000 miles on it. This car came with every conceivable option as STANDARD, It's AWD with traction control, leather interior, heated front bucket seats, Climate Control, Xfinity Sound w/ a 6 CD in dash player, all power including the moon roof. NOT ONE MECHANICAL PROBLEM OR DEFECT, THE CAR IS STILL GOING STRONG AND PRETTY, WITH IT'S SILVER EXTERIOR AND GRAY LEATHER INSIDE. UNFORTUNATELY, for whatever reason, Hyundai is not making the Azera anymore, at least in THIS COUNTRY. But while they are still around, in years from 2006 to 2017, it is a car I will look at again, should I decide on a mild upgrade soon.

Best car I've ever owned. Great commuter, highway and city use. Plenty of power and very reliable. Almost luxury, but very affordable. Has all the bells and whistles. Moonroof leather sound system etc.

It is wonderful to find a salesperson, so knowledgable, patient, understanding, helpful and not always wanting to hear the sound of his own voice. He actually listened when we talked. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

We like the styling inside and out! Has smooth ride and lots of power! It gets 34 to 35 mpg on the highway. And we really like the morracan pearl paint color as well as the tan and brown interior colors. Good electronics too!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
