Auto Village has a very relaxed atmosphere. We didn't get swarmed by pushy suits and bs sales tactics. Our salesman Oudeh (pronounced "Oda") was very patient. Since we already knew which car we were there to see, he let us ask questions and never tried to upsell or pressure us. I've walked out of car lots before that do that. Thanks Oudeh!

This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.

I have bought 5 new Hyundai models in the last 12 years. All good values and trouble free. The latest was a 2021 Elantra bought new for 18000 including tax and destination fees. Best car ever! I get 55 mpg at 55mph and solid comfort, amazing technology and style . Best warranty available is a bonus.

We bought our Elantra with 10K on the odometer and loved it since. The car has a great feel to it, it drives well, doesn't require much in terms of maintenance and meets all of our transportation needs. It's too small if you have a family of 4 or more, but for me and my wife it's quite ideal. Would recommend!

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

This replaced my 2017 limited Elantra. For the same price, I got a completely different car with more features. I get on average 42-54 mpg. Plenty of power when you need it, and a lot of safety features. I did have an issue with the power steering harness being installed improperly, but the dealership fixed it within a day

The first sales agent wasn't listening to what I was saying. He seemed very pushy to me. The second sales agent didn't seem pushy but wasn't hearing what I was saying either. At that point we were ready to go somewhere else. If it wasn't for Kassandra Bueno and Joe Gacad, we would have bought a Truck from a different dealership. Kassandra changed a negative experience, into a positive experience for us. She listened to what I was saying and was so helpful and honest. We enjoyed working with her and Joe. As a former GM owners we went into buying our next used car with an open mind. I knew Hyundais were known for their reliability and overall value, but until we took this car for a test drive, we weren't really aware of how good theses cars got. It's quiet rides real well gets great mileage...around 42-46 on the highway, mid 30's around town, and being the value edition, it has a ton of features including, keyless entry, DRL, pwr driver seat, pwr windows, locks and mirrors, carplay, heated mirrors, auto dim mirror inside, heated front seats. I could go on and on but this car is great and looks great too. We bought it used a year ago with just under 38000 miles. the bottom line is when looking at used cars check out the Elantra. You won't be disappointed.

There a lot of road noise all over the car.That’s the biggest problem with the car.I try new tires thinking that help it quieter.But it didn’t. The car is 10 years old.But I take very good care of it.

I bought my 2018 as a lease I just recently purchased to buy out the lease I have 34,000 miles on it and this car has been just wonderful. I average around 31 mi in the city and have been as high as 39.5 on the highway. The only thing I do is change the oil at every 5,000 miles rotate my tires at every 10,000 MI and I have bought a brand new set of michelins which the ride is so smooth. I have not had any major items go wrong on it it has been a great car for me the value is well worth it and I highly recommend it they are very dependable.
