Heritage Toyota HarrisburgReviews
Heritage Toyota Harrisburg review
I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service Jay Chism provided during my recent vehicle purchase on 11/22/2025. From the very beginning, he made my wife and me feel prioritized and genuinely cared for, which is something we did not expect walking into a dealership. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond set the tone for a truly outstanding experience. Jay took the time to guide us through a process we weren’t familiar with, and he explained everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He consistently checked in with us, made sure we understood every step, and ensured that we felt supported the entire way. His dedication to making the experience smooth and stress-free truly stood out. What impressed us most was the heart behind his service. Jay made it very clear through his actions and words that he approaches his job with sincerity and a desire to show people genuine kindness. It’s rare to meet someone in sales who is motivated by more than just the transaction, and Jay demonstrated that he genuinely cares about the people he works with and the families he helps. Overall, Jay provided a level of care, respect, and integrity that deserves recognition. He made a big step for our family to feel secure and meaningful, and we left the dealership feeling confident and grateful. Jay is an asset to your team, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

Z Motors has a healthy, friendly sales environment. They help you seek for what you are looking for, not what they want you to buy. I worked with Craig. He is a down-to-earth guy who truly loves people and seeks out their best. The other guys were great too.

CarMax WaukeshaReviews
CarMax Waukesha review
i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.
2025 Hyundai PALISADE review
I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Heritage Hyundai Towson review
Heritage Hyundai of Towson provided amazing assistance in helping us by our new vehicle. We worked directly with Ayala to review inventory, pricing and schedule a test drive. We were drawn in because they were so easy to work with and motivated to help us. After the test drive, it was a seamless transition to financing and then out to our new, detailed truck! A big shout out also to Davon for helping us get this process started! Everyone - everyone - worked as a team at this dealership and that makes everything go smoother (and fast)! We will look to Heritage Hyundai when we replace our second vehicle because of this attention to detail and care. Thanks again to the entire staff for making it such a great experience!

Recently I took my 2011 terrain back for repairs for the 2nd time. After facing a bill of $492.00 Mr. Bacon understood my problem and told me "don't worry , the parts are on the way and your window will be fixed. He later told me that they want me to pay $100.00. I told him my 1st visit was within my warranty and I shouldn't even have a bill. Later he came back and told me "you're good". I thanked him for his services. I will call Mr. Bacon for future services.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
2025 Hyundai PALISADE review
Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

Kelly Hyundai of Hamburg review
We had an amazing experience at Kelly Hyundai buying our Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. We had been to multiple dealers (closer to home) before Kelly but either the car was not available or the price quoted were very high. When we went to Kelly, Krista helped us with looking at the inventory working with us to block an incoming car against our name and then following up with us till the car arrived in stock. The finance and delivery process was also pretty smooth with us spending only an hour at the dealership. Would certainly recommend Kelly Hyundai.
