CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving

2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I had an amazing experience with my service representative, Jeremy! He was kind, friendly and I was greeted with a smile along with full knowledge of the plan for my vehicle as it was being serviced. He was even kind enough to show me around as it was my first visit to the service center. Thank you Jeremy:) Your awesome! And the waiting area was soooo comfortable I even turned down the ride home while my vehicle was being serviced and enjoyed a hot fresh cup of coffee and can’t refuse the popcorn! ;)

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

I had an urgent need to purchase a new to me used vehicle. I purchased a 2017 Acadia here. The sales person and the finance manager were very helpful in my initial purchase, even closing the deal on a Friday evening. I was not expecting any type of warranty but they were able to get my financing deal to include GAP insurance and a limited warranty under what my monthly payment request would be. Upon leaving the lot there were some unexpected issues with the vehicle, and despite me signing an as is purchase agreement the sales manager took care of the unexpected issue. I felt like from the moment I walked in to purchase the vehicle to the time I walked out with it after repair, this dealership took a customer first approach. I will be purchasing future vehicles here if needed and would recommend them to family and friends.

If you are thinking of purchasing from Brock here at Betten Chevy/GMC, look no further. Ask for Brock Williams. I had never renewed a lease and with his help and the perfect truck for me- he made the process so easy. He is kind, gentle, helpful, keeps his promise, and the most trustworthy salesman I have ever worked with to make a car purchase. Everything I asked for he delivered. I live 1.5 hours away and I will make sure to return to him when my lease is up again. No one tops his customer service and I know he will treat you the same.

Bought a used 2019 Subaru from this dealership and could not be more pleased with the service, the ease of financing and selection. The car had just been put into inventory and had a few wrinkles to iron out. Betten Baker did all they promised they would do in prepping the car and making sure I was getting a quality product. Salesman Gage even delivered the car to our home when the service department finished with the final product.

Had a wonderful experience with my new vehicle purchase. Desmond was a great sales representative and helped me with all the tasks. While working with Jon, we were able to put the entire deal together over the phone and get final OTD pricing. When I arrived, everything was exactly as expected. As an out of state purchaser, they worked with me to get everything set up properly. Would absolutely buy from them in the future.
