Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood review
First of all, I am a 67 year old retiree who bought his first Honda in 1980 and have rarely wondered from the brand. When thinking about buying “my last new car” I settled on the Hyundai Elantra SEL Sport and headed to Gettel Hyundai on RT 64. And I am so glad I did! Having done my (extensive) research, I sat down with Scott Mintz (sales consultant) and began “the dance”. He provided straight forward answers with no nonsense and no pressure. Understand that I had a number in mind and was not going to exceed that number (outright cash purchase with a trade) After Scott made a couple of trips to the “glass office” Bill Marquis introduced himself as the GSM (the hand-off), I explained the rationale behind the offer and we agreed on a number and we closed the deal. All in all, the finest car buying experience of my life!!!

2025 Hyundai SANTA FE review
We have 24,000 miles on our 2025 Hybrid Santa Fe. We have had no problems with this vehicle. It is comfortable, roomy, and very fuel efficient. We get between 35 and 40 mpg depending on driving conditions. Great visibility, handling, and good ergonomics. All around great car for the money.

Honda of Sarasota review
My wife and I came to Honda of Sarasota to check out a new Honda Pilot SUV. We were helped by Paul DeMiere shortly after we arrived. Paul brought out the Pilot Elite for us and proceeded to explain everything about this model. He described how the doors, seating and storage worked and could be arranged. He then went through a lengthy explanation on all the controls and infotainment system. Very impressive and helpful! Everyone we met or spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Hyundai of VeniceReviews
Hyundai of Venice review
I would have to say my experience at Hyundai of Venice was a very positive one. I came to the dealership just to compare the Hyundai to Honda, Toyota and Nissan. I have always been a Toyota man, but after comparing options you get on Hyundai it was a no brainer. I came in on New Years day, not expecting them to be open, and met Jonathan. I found Jonathan to be very easy going and willing to answer all my questions. I ended up purchasing a 2026 Tucson. They have a large inventory and the exact car I wanted was on site. From start to finish I don't think I was there more than an hour. After paperwork, Jonathan helped program my phone to car which was nice for me because I'm not that computer savvy, Overall very positive experience.

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

2025 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I bought this car because of the deal that Hyundai provided. I didn't test drive the car till after I purchased it. It is a very pleasant surprise, as it is better than I expected. I like the appearance and the comfort, plus it's great for grandkids with the third row. The gas mileage is very good as well. Highly recommend this vehicle.

Service got me in for diagnosis of check engine light next day and called 4 hours later with plan for repair and safety info to allow me to use vehicle. Internet search by me showed new vehicles on lot that interested me. Ty moved both vehicles next to each other so comparison could be done. Ty and Kyle worked with us to complete a deal that I believe was fair to us and Mathews Currie. Chris in finance processed the purchase quickly and even got a better rate. Excellent experience!

2022 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

We recently started to do a deal for my daughter, for her first brand new car! Absolute smooth sailing thanks to Pat Sylver. The attentiveness and knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, have made the experience all that much better. Buying a car can be a time consuming process, but Pat made it feel as if we were visiting with a friend. Great personality!!!
2022 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Bought it use with 70k miles on it recently. I looks almost showroom new. I figured if it hasn't gone bad yet, I should have no major issues. I love the tech and comfort and gas mileage is so so, but you can't have everything and at the price of 16K it was well worth it. Love this car and hope to get a good 200K miles out of it. One note is that it never left flordia so it didn't get all that salt from the roads in the winter. After looking at the new ones, I'll take the 2022 over the 2025 or 2026 any day!

I can't say anything bad about this dealership and my experience. From Roberto, my sales rep to Jake the manager, and Ryan the GM, I was very impressed and felt very accommodated and cared for. I felt I got a good deal with my new Nautilus (which I love). Roberto was very patient with all my text questions and answered immediately. Was the shortest time I'd ever spent purchasing and picking up a vehicle at a dealership! Very much appreciated. I WILL go back for service and probably my next car. Some people put in their reviews the building needs updating, but I say keep the prices low and don't go overboard, and who cares if you can be in and out in a short time!

I was the first one in America to own the 2021 Santa Fe limited, or any 2021 SF actually! I’ve never owned a Hyundai but I am loving this vehicle! I have Stormy Seas with the leather trim interior. Every feature possible in this baby Palisade, I can tell you it has features I thought I’d never use in AZ and I’ve used them all from parking assist to heated steering wheel and cooled and heated seats! The window shades in the rear windows help in 115* heat. I love the cameras and everything that came with it. I love to open the roof and let the sun in without getting blown all over the place.

Hyundai of VeniceReviews
Hyundai of Venice review
Sam and Tanner at Hyundai of Venice truly set the standard for what a car buying experience should be. From the very beginning, they treated me with honesty, respect, urgency, and genuine care. They listened to what I needed, understood my situation, and instead of simply telling me what could not be done, they went to work finding a way to make it happen. My circumstances may not have looked like the easiest fit on paper, but they never made me feel like a number or just another sale. They worked through every detail and delivered exactly what I needed. The level of trust I felt throughout the entire process was incredible. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with complete transparency. There was no pressure, no runaround, and no wasted time. Just two people who genuinely wanted to help me leave with the right vehicle. As a mother of three, I have owned and purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, so I have dealt with many dealerships and salespeople. I can confidently say Sam and Tanner were two of the absolute best I have ever worked with. They have earned my loyalty and my trust. I will continue purchasing my vehicles from Hyundai of Venice, and I will gladly send my family, friends, and anyone looking for a vehicle directly to Sam and Tanner. If you want people who will listen to you, fight to make things work, respect your time, and truly care about earning your business, ask for Sam and Tanner. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into an exceptional one. Five stars does not feel like enough. Thank you both for going above and beyond for me. You have a customer for life.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Frustrated with the dealership where I purchased my SUV, I decided to contact Alex dealership for service. Stephanie was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She provided me with a loaner vehicle that was very well kept, as well as put my mind at ease that everything would be taken care of. I also had my SUV detailed during the servicing. After a 35-minute drive, Loren Burway delivered my vehicle in Presteigne condition. It looked like it was just driven off the display floor. I am very happy with the service provided. Thank you so much!

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

I purchased a used vehicle from the Hyundai dealership which I am happy with and was a stress free process. Less than a week after the purchase I had a problem with the windshield. I contacted the Used car sales manager Kevin Allen and explained the situation, without hesitation he said we will take car of it and did so with my complete satisfaction. Great experience.
2021 Hyundai SANTA FE review
When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.

I was undecided between the Hyundai Tucson and the Santa Fe, and my salesperson, Karen, took the time to thoroughly explain the key differences, features, and benefits of each model. Her patience, expertise, and thoughtful guidance helped me confidently choose the Tucson, which turned out to be the perfect fit for my needs. Karen’s friendly demeanor and dedication to ensuring I made the right decision for my family were truly exceptional. If you’re looking for a new car, I highly recommend visiting Hyundai of Venice and working with Karen—she’ll make the experience stress-free and enjoyable!
2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Fifth Hyundai vehicle. I have never had a bad experience with any of the cars., same for the dealers and service. The cars have always been reliable, loaded with great technology, and provided great comfort to drive. The 2026 Santa Fe clearly offers a lot of car for the price. It has also been a step up from previous models. Really enjoy the addition of the turbo engine. The only downside to all of this is Hyundai eliminated the included 36000 miles service the only disappointing part of a great driving experience,

First of all, I am very pleased with my Hyundai Tucson, but best of all was experience with Tim Fisher. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a Hyundai. OK,

Love the new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL. It is a lot bigger and heavier than previous models. It handles very well, is quiet and very nice riding car. Lots of cargo space, roomy interior and well tricked out for a mid-range model. Gas mileage varies but depending on the wind conditions, but gets surprisingly good numbers. On a recent trip of about 120 miles, the car averaged 35+ mpg. We love the exterior looks of the car. No flaws detected from the manufacturer. So far, with about 1,800 miles on it, it is a great car!

Decided to test drive a Kona SE 2 days ago on a whim. I had researched trade in value for my low mileage Honda as well as rebates offered so I was prepared. Got quotes from 2 other dealerships within 60 miles and Gettel matched the lowest. Very easy transaction, friendly attentive service by Sam, Walter and finance manager Glen. The dealership was very busy but I was never neglected and constantly informed of the status of the sale. And because I had just topped off my Honda gas tank, they told me to return when the Kona is on empty and they would fill it up! Thanks again Sam,Walter and Glen! I will definitely recommend you!

Eddie Rivera did a fantastic job getting my vehicle serviced quickly and was a complete professional.
2022 Hyundai SANTA FE review
We have had the 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy for one year and have been very satisfied for the most part. We learned early on that a front seat passenger can not use a seat pad and have the passenger seat air bag light go off. We met with a regional customer service advisor at the dealership and were told all new cars are that way. It’s unfortunate if you happen to be under 5’ and want to sit higher. Now that I know that, I am sorry not to have checked this before we purchased. Now that I do know I will consider this at my next purchase. Only three other issues, terrible gas mileage 22-24 mpg, occasional failure of the doors to unlock without pressing the key fob and street noise. As far as comfort is concerned, we have been happy with the ride and handling.

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is the most satisfying vehicle purchase ive ever made. From the fit and finish to the warranty its the total package. I will admit I was worried about the engine only being a four cylinders buy they did their homework. The turbo adds more than enough power. The sound of the doors closing says it all. It says quality. No rattle like you hear in some cars when you shut the door. Like I said this is the most satisfied ive ever been with a new purchase. I never thought I'd be saying that about a Hyundai. This is what my wife wanted. Happy wife Happy life and she's usually right in her desicions. This time she knocked it out of the ballpark.
