My wife and I were looking to expand to a bigger vehicle. The Tucson was an easy choice. It’s a great looking design, plenty of seating, plenty of trunk space, and awesome on gas mileage. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This car has everything and more that I could possibly want especially the safety package. Very quiet ride and the blue link feature is great!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. I previously drove the 2006 Tucson and it gave me years of reliable service. The 2017 Tucson is a vastly improved model, with a much smoother ride and features like Bluetooth, charge ports for electronics, options for multiple radio stations and a one-touch system to raise and lower the back seats. The cargo space is much better and more spacious, although the overall dimensions of the car are roughly the same. I can put a piece of plywood in the back deck or comfortably transport five adults. I can split the seats and pack my skis and still have lots of room in the back seat.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This car is exactly what I was looking for, its practically brand new, it has all the space I need, it has the back up cam and sensors that I really do need,
I lease the car from Lex, I’ve had it for 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but problems with this vehicle, the car has had 3 gear boxes and still doesn’t work properly, today it got stuck in second as I entered a motorway. I’ve also been locked in the car with my family and I was locked out of the car with my 2 year old daughter stuck inside.
Hyundai have completely dismissed me.
I’m terrified that the car will catch fire and my family will be stuck inside the car.
Gary was helpful and there was no pressure. He answered all questions. I did my research before going in and he was right on and gave honest answers.

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.

This car has met my expectations 100%. In addition the dealership has been fantastic during the purchase and subsequent routine service visits. As a long time Ford owner I’ve discovered I can get everything I had in my previous cars, plus. My next car will be another Hyundai, and my dealership will be Shawnee Mission Hyundai.

This car is nicer then I was expecting. Could be quieter inside. Would also like to have the backup camera feature. Other then that a zippy SUV!
The facility is very nice and the atmosphere is definitely low pressure. The prices are on the high side for new cars, which they justify by saying the cars are thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. The prices are set - no haggling. My only problem with them is they seriously lowballed us on our trade in - I was expecting an offer that would let them make a profit on our trade in, but they were at least four thousand under a conservative Blue Book trade in value. I may go back if I sell my car on my own, but I won't be bringing in a trade.

This car has been very good to me it sometimes takes a bit of time for it to excelerate properly it cruises slowly then picks up but other than that no real complaints I love the Bluetooth and being able to make calls through it

This car was meeting my needs but just went over 100000 miles and it is in shop with Motor issues beware. I only had it 3 and half years and still paying on it and now I don't even have a car to drive.
So there I was, needing a car, but I had horrible credit! I tried three other dealers and was ready to give up. I decided to try Fiat of Albuquerque (I also wanted a cool economy car, so this made sense). My salesperson(Sammy) was awesome. He made me feel comfortable. I told him I had bad credit and his response was, "We will fix that for you". I was skeptical but filled out the credit application anyway. About ten minutes clicked by(felt like forever) and he returned with a smile and told me I was approved! Thank you Fiat of Albuquerque - you made it happen for me!

This car has fit my needs for 11 years. The seats are comfy, I have never had a major repair, and it has pretty good gas mileage for a 6 cylinder. I like the capacity of the rear trunk area; I can fit a lot of groceries in there!
Sam , made us feel very comfortable . No pressure. Was patient with us. Just a great and competent salesperson. Sam was very friendly. Sam is a professional.

I love the convenience features in this vehicle, and I'm still discovering new ones. The ride is good, and I feel safer in this vehicle than I did in my previous one. The styling is fantastic; I just love the look, and I'm always checking out other brands, but they can't compare. I never thought I'd buy a white vehicle, but when I saw this white Tucson, I was blown away - it looked to me like a sharp tuxedo, only white with black trim. Sharper than sharp!
Although my credit isn't the best I was approved for a vehicle by them which was surprising though Ive been turned down twice before at two different dealers prior. They were friendly and nice but once I got approved it got weird .. it was late and I had to leave but they wouldn't let me leave until I finished all the paper work . Luckily I was able to leave without filling out or finalizing anything . I felt pushed into a deal that didn't feel right for me so I did cancel my purchase the next day . They are nice but for me I just felt overwhelmed and needed time to think about it and they wanted me to go home with the vehicle even before I finalized the paper work. Weird to me but maybe they were hoping Id fall in love with the vehicle if I took it home and not think to cancel or walk away.

This is my second Hyundai. I owned it for fifteen years. Never had a problem just the maintenance. I love these cars. Everyone should own one.

This car has great legroom and is excellent for toting around plenty of items and people. I use the car primarily for commuting long distances in both the city and on the highway. The vehicle handles well and the car's electronic features (rearview camera, dashboard display, etc.) are very beneficial.
After getting rejected all day from getting a car me and my mom went here and had the most awesome sales person they call him J.R. he needs to get promoted he got me in to my first ever new car right away just wish we went there first and the whole place at Lary H Miller is top notch if anyone in my family or friends want to buy a car I would recommend Lary H Miller and J.R.
