This is my second Hyundai. I owned it for fifteen years. Never had a problem just the maintenance. I love these cars. Everyone should own one.
I recently purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Limited from the Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood dealership. Working with one of your associates, Megan Panoja was definitely the highlight of my experience. It has the space of a SUV but the style and comfort of a car .. It has AWD which is key with the New England winters
It also has Bluetooth for both hands free and streaming
I have been a customer of Gettle for many years, 7 vehicles purchase thus far. Salesman Dave S. was a gem. Michelle A. was a total diamond. The sales process was low pressure with all my questions answered. So, the reason for 4 stars?. It was Steven in the Finance Dept. His attitude was less than professional, His hard sell of items we did not want fell upon deaf ears. He kept telling us that our vehicle will break down and he could see no reason why we would not buy the upgraded maintenance package stating that we can afford it and he knew we had the extra money. Well, he kept at it until I almost walked out and asked him what part of "No" he did not understand. His attitude was very obvious. At any rate, we finally were able to escape his office and pick up our new vehicle. I have seen other poor reviews on this Finance person, but he still continues to apply the pressure. Anyway, Our salesman apologized, I saw the GM and we left with our new vehicle. Gettle Hyundai is a great place to buy a car and has one of the best service staffs in the area. Just be cautious when you get to the finance stage and Steven is on the other side of the desk.

This car is exactly what I was looking for, its practically brand new, it has all the space I need, it has the back up cam and sensors that I really do need,
The first salesperson, Marek Zima (?), was awful. Once he found out my credit wasn't so good, he became unfriendly and not courteous. and wouldn't allow us to take a test drive.
The second salesperson, Willie McNeal, was totally awesome. Friendly, honest, courteous, a real gentlemen. He's going to make a great salesman. He didn't want to say offer any information without making sure it was correct. He allowed us to take a test drive. He was wonderful--he made it a great experience, even though we weren't able to purchase a car at the time.

This car is comfortable to drive and it is good on gas mileage. I bought this car new and it still is fun to drive.
I purchased a used 2015 Mazda CX-5 and my salesperson was Eric O’Brien. The process went very smoothly, he was very personable and I did not feel pressured. If he did not know an answer he was honest and directed me to the proper person. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience

I love my new car!! I never test drove it or researched the specs but from day one I was impressed with the way it rides smooth, updated features inside and out. I have been recommending that everyone purchase one.

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.
Typically, I loathe the thought of having to take my car to a dealer for service. Not this one. In 30+ years of driving, I have not experienced a better dealership service department than Gettel Hyundai. While I haven't visited any of their other brands I can't imagine the Gettel acumen is anything less than top notch throughout the company. Their uncommon professional alacrity combined with friendly and genuinely caring attitude is a fresh take on dealer service. Thank you! Keep up the great work guys... You've earned this customer.

This car is nicer then I was expecting. Could be quieter inside. Would also like to have the backup camera feature. Other then that a zippy SUV!
I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited 2.0T and I am in LOVE with the service I received! The sales team was extremely helpful and honest! Sandeep is an awesome manager! The Internet department was a terrific help with making my dreams a reality! I will do business with this dealership again, for a fact! We. Quit using this dealership 5 years ago based on their high pressures sales techniques- swore we would never go back to Germaine.

We really liked he way it handled on the road going from a bigger SUV it was great. So much so we decided to buy one.

Only car I drove before diving right in to a decision. Love the Hyundai cars. Tucson my
main choice. SUV is better than a sedan for me.
Cindy, as always, is very professional and knows her field. While this was a normal check up of the car, she made sure that it was in good shape when I came and picked it up. By that I mean she suggested the car needed its tune up, which I did not even think about.
The 2 issues. Every time, the last couple of years, I get service someone comes out from the dealer and asks if I want to trade in my car. This request is unsolicited and not asked for. Also, today, the day after the service I rec'd an e-mail from Auto Nation reminding me to service my car. It was just serviced.

I lease the car from Lex, I’ve had it for 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but problems with this vehicle, the car has had 3 gear boxes and still doesn’t work properly, today it got stuck in second as I entered a motorway. I’ve also been locked in the car with my family and I was locked out of the car with my 2 year old daughter stuck inside.
Hyundai have completely dismissed me.
I’m terrified that the car will catch fire and my family will be stuck inside the car.
Miguel, the sales rep, was very amazing...gave me a straight up experience . No back-and-forth. Steve Schack, Sales Manager, got me an excellent price and a better credit rating. Don't ever go anywhere else.

My wife and I were looking to expand to a bigger vehicle. The Tucson was an easy choice. It’s a great looking design, plenty of seating, plenty of trunk space, and awesome on gas mileage. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.
Thank you was a great experience. As always friendly and caring I know we will enjoy our new ride for many years to come. Now for some great trips with the good gas mileage.

This car has been very good to me it sometimes takes a bit of time for it to excelerate properly it cruises slowly then picks up but other than that no real complaints I love the Bluetooth and being able to make calls through it

I previously drove the 2006 Tucson and it gave me years of reliable service. The 2017 Tucson is a vastly improved model, with a much smoother ride and features like Bluetooth, charge ports for electronics, options for multiple radio stations and a one-touch system to raise and lower the back seats. The cargo space is much better and more spacious, although the overall dimensions of the car are roughly the same. I can put a piece of plywood in the back deck or comfortably transport five adults. I can split the seats and pack my skis and still have lots of room in the back seat.
The guys at Shaver auto sales were fantastic! Put me in the car I've always wanted, the best rate possible! I was able to test drive the car & take it to my locally trusted mechanic w/o the typical haggling people find at most car dealerships! Offered me an amazing price & an extended warranty that will give me peace of mind for years to come. DeWayne & John were a pleasure doing business with from the minute I walked in, to the minute I drove out :)

Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoy driving this car. We have taken several trips and have had no problems. Very comfortable and I think fun to drive.

This car was meeting my needs but just went over 100000 miles and it is in shop with Motor issues beware. I only had it 3 and half years and still paying on it and now I don't even have a car to drive.
