Jordan Clarius was excellent to work with and made the entire process a breeze. He was responsive to my needs, worked out the details of the deal quickly, and knew the product inside out. I have dealt with many care sales men and women, having even sold cars myself, and Jordan is one of the best. Knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. There was no nonsense...no game of haggling (great price to begin with)...no fake interest or attention--I was treated like a real person instead of the next pay check. I will definitely be back to Jordan and Garnet in the future.
I worked with Mike Whitney and was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism throughout my time at Piazza. He was very friendly and took the time to understand what my needs/wants were in a new vehicle. Piazza also offered a fair trade-in deal, and a great offer on my new cx3 overall. Overall, I had a great buying experience with Mike and the entire Piazza team.
Communicated via email. Got a quick response. Needed specific information on a SUV and was pleasantly surprised at how fast I got a response. I took too long to decide, the vehicle sold before I decided to buy it. I would have definitely purchased here.
I LOVE my new Tucson! Christian Medina listened to my needs & features I wanted and then helped me find the car that fit me exactly. The whole staff was very polite. I tried out multiple cars and Christian was nothing but pleasant and willing to answer any & all questions! I cannot say enough good things about him and the whole team !
Luke & David we soo helpful. They were never pushy and did not waste time trying to sell us on something we did not want. I received an email quote from David, we went to test drive the car and within a short time, we had a new Kia Sedona!! Such a great experience!

Mckayla, was a pleasure to deal with. She was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and I would recommend her to anyone wishing to buy a car. Her follow up after the sale was efficient and considerate.

Shopped between 3 different Kia dealerships and Kia of West chester was the fastest to respond and made everything really easy and fast. Didnt have to wait a whole day inside to do the paperwork. Made a friend out of my salesman, Russ
I have always experienced outstanding service by Denis and his service team. He has always been polite, courteous and efficient. This is my third Sorento from this dealership and I don't plan to go anywhere else for my servicing or my next vehicle.
While looking over some used cars we spotted a new Kia Soul and fell in love with it. We took it for a test drive and decided it was the car for us. The sales staff helped arrange a lease and we drove it home. Couldn't be happier!

The sales people are very helpful and outgoing. They listen to what you were looking for. Which as we all know is the most important thing when looking for a new vehicle. They try to get you exactly what you want.
Living in Connecticut my wife and I were very apprehensive of driving several hours to purchase a used vehicle after viewing only an online advertisement. Telephoning the dealer and speaking with the manager we both felt comfortable enough to negotiate a price. After arriving at the dealership my wife and I were welcomed as we walked through the door. We were introduced to Angela, one of the sales associates, who provided a tremendous amount of information. Angela was extremely patient explaining all the features of the vehicle and answering all of our questions. The dealership accurately listed the vehicle online plus provided a free CarFax report with sufficient photographs to make an informed decision. This was first time either of us ever purchased a vehicle from another state but after this experience likely we will do it again. Both Sue and I were very impressed with the dealership ability to make the purchase seamless which included processing all the Connecticut DMV paperwork. Sue and myself both strongly recommend this dealer after experiencing first hand their professionalism.
This is my second purchase from Del and the staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I needed service. I will not hesitate to recommend dealership to family and friends. Martin was super sharing family photos and baby stories with us. Great guy!! Angel too was awesome and I commend Jim for his language skills.
I purchased a car from this lot and it was a much easier process than I thought. From the time that I showed interest to the time that I left the lot my questions were answered timely and my time was well spent. Loreal was a huge help in the car buying process and her customer service is unmatched. As a first time car buyer I was welcomed and treated with the best intentions.
My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
I did an 100 mile search for a specific vehicle I was looking to purchase. I found the newest model, with low miles and cheapest price at CarSense. I called and made an appointment with Mike Hallman. Mike was great to deal with and was very helpful with providing information. My experience consisted of the following:
- The car was practically brand new with very low mileage.
- The price was the best within a 100 mile radius.
- I was genuinely surprised by the amount they gave me for my trade-in. I'm use to getting low-balled on trade-in's not MORE that I expected!
- Test drove the car and committed to the purchase. Mike searched several financial institutions and got me a great rate.
- In and out of the dealership in record time.
Just a great experience all around. I feel that I got a great deal. No haggling on the price or trade-in removes the stress from the process. I guess it helps when the price and trade-in are generous and fair. I would recommend CarSense to anyone looking for a new vehicle. By the crowd of people at the dealership, I think many people would agree with me!
