Went to murray Kia after spending 5 hours at another local Kia. Alex and Roger were absolutely amazing. I called with the current deal I got and alex promised me he would get the price I wanted over the phone which led me to coming out to the dealer. I got to murray and I was already assigned to Roger from an online inquiry I made a few days before so Alex switched me to him which speaks wonders for his integrity as a coworker and as a person to give away a sale. (kudos for that alex) Roger was outstanding. He ensured me that he would get me the price the other dealer wouldnt and made me and my wife feel right at home. We purchased the Kia sorento sx and did not feel the least bit unsure about the purchase. Murray Kia is nothing but professional and courteous and really makes you feel appreciated.
My experience with Conicelli Hyundai was a great one. From Timothy Smith (GM) to Tim Mhay (Sales Consultant) to Juan Pelegrin (Finance Manager), I felt comfortable with every step of the process and it was a smooth experience. Each employee was professional and also socially welcoming. Overall it was a 10/10 experience.
Initially it took a little longer than I feel it should have to be acknowledged. However, once someone greeted us and we explained why we were there the remainder of our time spent was smooth. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. But if something else were to pop up in their inventory we would revisit.
I want to write a positive review for salesman Howard Bregman at Faulkner Hyundai Philadelphia who helped me buy my car 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring. I've been driving it a few weeks no issues - love the car and got a great price and service from this place. I will return there for my next car. He was so nice and helpful - even came in during time off for me to pick up my car. I can't say enough about my experience there and the service I got from this sales man. Honest and nice. I had an excellent experience finding a new car. Brian helped me find the perfect car (Kia Forte S) and made the process easy and stress free. Bought my used Elantra early this year and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The buying process was smooth and courteous, but the service department is what really surprised me....every time I’ve gone it’s been clean, reasonably quick, very affordable, and with top level professionalism!
I purchased my hyundai sonota from here 7 years ago and it was a good deal. I'm very happy with the customer service from all of the workers. Everytime I bring my car for an oil change the service department always checks to see if any recalls are for my car.
My fiancé was looking at cars, NOT ME! Dave Hegel provided such great service! We purchased TWO vehicles. The facilities are excellent and ALL of the staff is very knowledgeable. The buying process was not challenging at all. They really work with you.

Called to ask if a Tundra had a bench seat or bucket seats since they had no interior photos. Was told on the phone it didn't have a bench seat (bench seat is a no go for me). I drive all the way there and sure enough it had a bench seat. Looked great on the outside but the inside was a deal killer for me.
Luke & David we soo helpful. They were never pushy and did not waste time trying to sell us on something we did not want. I received an email quote from David, we went to test drive the car and within a short time, we had a new Kia Sedona!! Such a great experience!
Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
