2017 INFINITI Q50 review

2017 INFINITI Q50 review
The Q50 does well in many situations. Some models I test drove had exceptionally loud road noise for any car within a luxury marque. A bit perplexing.

Now, management needs to figure out a better incentive system that does not hurt its employees when a less than exceptional rating of the dealership is given. The dealership should be open to hearing constructive criticism without it counting against the performance of the service advisor when it has nothing to do with him. I have shared this feedback before, but the dealership is too interested in patting itself on the back than pursuing real improvement. That's not how sound management or leadership works, friends.
