It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Frustrated with the dealership where I purchased my SUV, I decided to contact Alex dealership for service. Stephanie was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She provided me with a loaner vehicle that was very well kept, as well as put my mind at ease that everything would be taken care of. I also had my SUV detailed during the servicing. After a 35-minute drive, Loren Burway delivered my vehicle in Presteigne condition. It looked like it was just driven off the display floor. I am very happy with the service provided. Thank you so much!

Very happy with our sales person, Bobby. He was absolutely terrific to work with. Everyone there has been very nice. This is my second GLA 250.
2023 INFINITI QX60 review
It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I was assisted thru the steps of purchasing a vehicle by David Anderson. I must say that he took the time to answer any questions that was needed. I tell you his experience comes with age. This car company is blessed to have someone jof his saviness.

Will was very kind, knowledgeable and worked diligently to get me the best price on my trade in. In the end I walked out with a new vehicle, thanks to Will and staff at the dealership to get me out the door in a very timely manner. His follow up has also exceeded my expectations. Thank you Will!

INFINITI of Sarasota review
My husband and I purchased our first infiniti from this location in July of 2024. Our point of contact there was Will. He was an absolute joy to deal with and made our process very comfortable. He was knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend using Will V. as your Salesmen. Jennifer and Joe Palermo.

So far, so good. We have had our QX60 for 1 month and it has been great. It seems to be the perfect size for our needs without being too large.

Infiniti of Clearwater review
I stopped in at Infiniti of Clearwater for an oil change and left rear tire replacement on my 2023 QX60. Vinny was able to make the appointment right away and Jacob took care of the maintenance on the vehicle. Great experience, most courteous and professional atmosphere. Thank you Vinny and Jacob!
2025 INFINITI QX60 review
Beautiful car, a real eye catcher, a wonderful drive, loaded to the Max with features, I got with 10K miles, last month, for a steal well below the suggested price range. I got a deal because people write off an Infiniti as a gussied up Nissan, but how is that different than a Lexus being a gussied up Toyota, etc.? I realize that this is the first year of a V4 variable compression engine, which has had coking issues. I presume that Infiniti has had time now to download adjustments to mitigate this, and I intend to baby the engine by letting it sit for a few seconds after starting before driving to make certain there is sufficient oil before heavy loads, and to change oil after every 5k miles rather than the 7,500.,, recommended. I am getting filet mignon at hamburg prices.

CarMax DothanReviews
CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
