What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. The determination he had to push my situation through with his persistent diligence as I watched him communicate with high professionalism and positivity as a team with his colleagues/finance management team was remarkable!!!! I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

I have been more than satisfied with my relationship with Mossy Infiniti Oceanside. In part, the Infiniti warranty is great as well as the location of the dealership is very convenient. However, what makes my experience with Mossy is my relationship with the service department. They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of from the moment you drive in. My service representative, Melissa, is right there to greet me before I even get out of the car. I have never had better service! (Forget the roses, Lexus, and provide personalized, caring, and competent service!) Several times I have had very unique and technical questions regarding a service that was performed. IF she did not know the answer, she immediately left me and found my service provider to get the answer. She truly is a ray of sunshine and has become a trusted friend and advocate if necessary. She really is exceptional. In reality, Melissa IS Mossy Nissan. You can count on Melissa to be there for you and to take care of any problems.
