2021 Jaguar E-PACE review
We were in the market for an upgrade. Small non Japanese SUV. We looked at BMW, Benz, Audi and Volvo. And then we found the E-Pace. The interior is so beautifully designed. The exterior is stylish. A ton of high tech features. The package overall is the best. And you do not see it at every turn and intersection. If you are looking for a unique car, go for the E-Pace. Actually, we liked it over the bigger F-Pace

One call was all it took to bring me back to Porsche of Nashville, and back into the beautiful world of the Porsche driving experience. Trey and Mark came recommended by Pierre, with whom we worked with previously. I spent almost one full year in a Mercedes GLC 43 AMG, and I complained the entire time! Not safe (stupid design of a gear shifter on the column where most cars have the windshield wipers control arm!); nothing was intuitive in that design. All it took was complaining to my husband one more time, and immediately, like a giddy teenager he looked up Porsche of Nashville to see what was available. To our shock and amazement, there she was? glittering in all of her glory - a 2020 Night Blue Macan Turbo!!! 23,365 miles, CPO? can?t pass that up!! Trey provided us with everything we asked for. Priced just right (well? within budget, but it?s a Porsche, right?!), No haggling, no gimmicks, no add-ons thrown at us, except the options we wanted - protections worth including, additional 6years of CPO warranty, wheels/tires, and cosmetic protections. We couldn?t have asked for a better experience!! I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!
