I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I bought a new vehicle at Willow Grove and I had a good experience. Bill Marshall was very helpful, great communicator, no nonsense , direct and to the point. Kimberly Dane did the financial work and all the paper work, which was executed properly with no issues. Bob Nicholls followed through on insuring that , I was familiar with all of the features of the car, specifically the electronics. Bob made time on his schedule to come to my home to familiarize me on all of the features of the SUV.
Everyone that I worked with was professional. Nick was helpful in finding my vehicle and Kimberly and Bob were very thorough and patient explaining the finance and technology aspects of my purchase. Terrifc customer service and buying experience from Willow Grove Range Rover. A month after purchasing a Velar, Range Rover sent a representative to my house to review the operation and extensive technology of the vehicle. Bob Nicholas did a fantastic job teaching me about the operation and the superior technology that the vehicle offers.
I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I was an out-of-state buyer and literally the customer service and the transaction could not have been any better whatsoever . I purchased this car from Oklahoma having no knowledge of this dealership, and cannot see how they could have improved on absolutely anything throughout the entire process., impressive based upon my past experiences in purchasing a car from anywhere in the past.
There IS a better mousetrap and these guys (& girls) have made it. While the price WAS a major factor ; they price them to be sold, it was really the "how" they do it here that left me floating out to my new car. Painless?? Forget painless, this was ENJOYABLE!! I agonized over having to deal with another typical "dealer" yet, never had to. "Dealer" in definition is the only similarity between Sky Motors and anywhere else.. this is people helping people get what they want. Brett, Justin and the entire team - Thank you!! I was looking for a new lease and Jamie the GM reached out to me and was so responsive. Not only did they bring the car to me (1 1/2 hours away...thank you Pat) for the test drive, they brought the paperwork as well so I wouldn't have to take the trip back to the dealership. It took hours to sign and drive my last lease! The customer service was superb and I appreciate how flexible and patient Eddie Somers was with my late night texts about the features of the car. Thank you Jamie and Eddie for being so caring, having such integrity through out this process and also for your professionalism!
