CarMax Orlando review
Exceptional service from start to finish! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. Having completed my pre-application online, I was paired with Jadeil V., who was fantastic. He walked me through every detail, explained the process clearly, and was backed by a great team. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. I left with my new vehicle in no time. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Carlux FTL review
My family and I had so many questions, of course wanting to make the right decision for our daughter and her first car. I would like to apologize to Mila Because she was extremely helpful, answered one of my phone calls even after hours and made us feel as comfortable as possible to make the right decision. One of the most funniest, great sense of humor, very smart female in the car industry I have met. I totally forgot that I was calling and asking about a car I literally thought I was talking to a best friend she makes you feel so comfortable.
