This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Signature. In each case the deal was easy to conclude, and no haggling was necessary. Prices and trade in values are fair, and the cars are in excellent condition.The third purchase. Need I say more?

I very rarely write reviews, this is an exception and worthy of time to do so. I recently purchased a vehicle from Land Rover Jaguar in Peabody MA. My salesperson was Vito and I have to say he changed my perception of car salespeople. He is honest, straightforward and follows through with what he says he is going to do. He returns calls, email and voicemail promptly. I highly recommend you ask for him if purchasing from the dealership. He is an exception to the norm. I also dealt with Tom Hamilton, the pre-owned car manager. Again, a wonderful experience and a very solid person, very motivated to give a exceptional client experience.- and did so with me. Finally, I dealt with Gus from the finance department. Typically, in my experience, these are pressure-oriented situations. Gus was zero pressure, straight to the point and very informative. After doing my research I bought the extended warranty for my vehicle. This was truly a wonderful client experience working with Peabody Land Rover Jaguar.
A week ago I bought Toyota Highlander, I get a sales parson Eric Mcnerney. He was really great, expalin for me everything he is so helpful... when you go to this place just contact him you will be satisfied by his job. Great job! Thanks.
A seamless, easy experience from start to finish buying my dream car at Land Rover Peabody. My sales associate Vito Fulciniti and Sales Manager David made the process so wonderful! I can’t wait to do it again. Vito will take care of you with the knowledge and experience needed when buying a world class luxury vehicle of this caliber. Fritz in the finance department could not have been easier to work with and Rob, my encore delivery specialist, worked around my schedule to deliver the vehicle to me in my hometown. I love this dealership!
Eric McNerney was very friendly, professional and informative. He assisted us in modifying and confirming a Jaguar we build on-line. He went beyond normal customer service when he recovered and sent to us a "valuable" item we had left in the trade-in vehicle. The new car delivery did take longer than anticipated, but we were not "in need" of a vehicle. We would have liked to have been updated on the process along the way, but I believe the breakdown may have been between Jaguar and the dealership. Overall a positive experience and we love the car.
Really Great Customer Service and absolutely loved working with Vito Fulciniti. He was so great to work with during my first real car buying experience. Did not push anything on me and was very honest with us during the whole car buying process. Showed me all the vehicles I wanted in the lot and was sure to give me the best deal out there! Pushed and expedited the process for me so i was able to get my car as soon as possible! Ended up with a great new car that I am totally satisfied with!
I'd say my experience with this dealership has been nothing less than excellent! Particularly with one of their salesman, Eric McNerney, who assisted me while shopping around for a new Jaguar F-Type.
Eric made himself available over the course of many weeks to answer all of my questions & help me best figure out a way to proceed within my budget. The whole process was smooth and he was very straightforward & matter-of-fact, which I respect. Also, aside from being extremely knowledgeable & resourceful, what struck me most is how the focus was always about MY needs and what was in MY best interest as a customer; as opposed to salesman I've dealt with who will say whatever they want you to hear in order to get a quick sale without your best interests in mind.
That being said, my budget unfortunately wasn't able to afford me the F-Type spec I was looking for (at least not at the moment) but this interaction alone has earned my loyalty as a customer over its competitors. I would therefore recommend this dealership - and particularly this salesman - to anyone looking for a Jaguar/Land Rover without hesitation! I look forward to giving them my business in the years to come...
After being a BMW customer for 20 years, I made the switch and a friend recommended Rusty Johnsen in Peabody. I wasn't sure at first because I live close to the Hanover and Norwood LR dealerships - I went to both those dealerships and in the end I called Rusty anyway and am so glad I did! He was professional, honest, direct, and made the process painless! He gave me all the time I needed to decide, answered all my questions and was never trying to sell me the car. He was helping me buy the car. A big difference! He offered me a fair deal and was fully transparent with pricing. Very glad I traveled the extra distance to find Rusty - he was worth it!
We worked with Ben at The Auto Mall. Ben was knowledgeable but not pushy which I really appreciated. The finance guy was fast and super efficient. Bigger dealerships hold you hostage while they go back and forth with their sales manager, The Auto Mall doesn’t. That’s the #1 reason I’d recommend them. Plus, they have beautiful luxury cars.
Went to Automall to look at a used BMW X5 and had a great experience. Randy was wonderful - no hassles! It took less than half an hour for the entire process and I picked the car up the following day. Would definitely recommend Automall.
