I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

I am super pleased, I have this car. It makes me super excited and just gives me the feel of being wealthy and grand like my GrandHighlander. It gives me peace of mind when am driving it, no matter the climatic conditions. I drove it during the enormous snow that happened in 2024 in Maryland and it was just marvelous. I got it brand new and has put nearly 15k mileage on it yet it still feels brand new. Though there’s been some recalls on it, which has been fixed by Toyota free of charge but I’ve never had any issues driving it. It’s a great upgrade from the previous sedan car I had. It is truly an amazing luxury car without the luxury price. I wholeheartedly recommend this car. I particularly liked the fact that it is roomy and has cargo room too while being a beautiful SUV with the strength of a Truck.

First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

I love this AWD with snow drive mode and sports acceleration. Slick style, but I wish it had back wipers. Very comfortable to drive, with technology inside that helps make driving easy and enjoyable. Not to mention a quick charge battery.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! This SUV is solid in almost every way, but if I had to have any complaints I would say: *The design isn't really original, or even "Blazerish". Do I really care? No, but it's just kind of the reality that it doesn't look a lot different than the Equinox, Traverse, and many other vehicles by other manufacturers. Anyway just saying that they could have tried a little harder to have a signature defining figure to separate from everyone else. *The other complaint is that it doesn't have a CD player. Like who decided to save $100, and not put one in? Some Gen Z kid? Again, I see that a lot of cars are this way, but it's just being forced on us by this young crop of kids...At the very minimum take a survey to see who would elect to have one put in, or elect to have one not put in...people are just going with it

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. Can’t beat the heated seats, power lift gate, and the amazing panoramic sunroof they added on these models. Will continue to buy this model for years to come highly recommend an affordable and practical vehicle!

Dealerships are a mixed bag. But we had a very good experience purchasing an XT4 from Covert. 8K miles in now and zero complaints. The XT4 is flawless. Would definitely recommend Covert Cadillac to friends.

Got the top of the line Velar SVA that was only made in 2020. Compared to other cars line the X3M, X5M, GLE63 AMG etc... there was no comparison. A supercharged V8 will be and feel faster than any of those turbo engines. The throttle response is instantaneous and the torque is crazy. You get a high quality luxorious interior with rediculous performace and air suspension. I drove the car daily and had no issues at all. The car is super reliable and got lots of compliments. The exhaust sound is unreal. It sounds like AMG upshifts but louder with a completely stock exhaust. No annoying fake pops and bangs, just a clean agressive sound. Even now in 2025 the only SUV that comes close is the Cayenne GTS which is selling for 20k more. This is the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a limited release Range Rover that looks like the new Range Rover and has the performance of the last generation SVR (legendary car).

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.
