Bob Karl Sales and ServiceReviews
Bob Karl Sales and Service review
Bob Karl, Jerry and his service crew run a truly honest and customer focused business. We purchased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse for ourselves, and gave our 2007 Chrysler to our daughter. Bob and his team prepared and serviced not only the awesome vehicle we were purchasing from them, but also the vehicle we were transitioning to our daughter. We love the vehicle we purchased, his pricing was reasonable and he replaced ball joints and rotated the tires on the car we were giving to the kid at nearly his cost, saving us hundreds of dollars. He even handled putting both vehicles on the road for us. Everything about this team is top shelf. Bob Karl's Sales and Service have our highest recommendation.

The dealership was great, no doubt about it. My salesman, Craig Picca was the best salesman I have dealt with. Why? HE LISTENED!! Craig answered all my questions, patiently and never made me feel like I didn't know anything. He knows his products, suggests what is based on listening to what I asked and/or said. He was very helpful based on what I asked, said and wanted. This was great for me. He explained the cars features and again was so patient with me. Thanks Craig. See you in three years!

Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT review
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The whole process was done via phone, text and email mainly with manager Jay Murali and delivery was handled by Garret Jensen. Even though I live in New Jersey, the process went smoother than any local dealership. All pricing, documents, signatures and delivery arrangements were handled from the comfort of my home. On delivery day, Garret drove my beautiful new Jeep right to my house and went over all the features and answered all my questions. To my surprise, Jay also showed up for the delivery even though it was his day off! The Armory team changed the way I view the car buying experience. I used to dread it but not anymore. When my lease is up I will be coming back to Jay,Garret and the Armory team. Thank you so much for the ease and professionalism you brought to this deal!

Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Great interaction with Service Department. Will continue using this dealership for my service needs. I would recommend this service department for your needs. Solid experience.
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

Main Motorcar Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Was in need of a pick-up truck , shopped all my local dealers ,and no one had anything close to my needs.Went online to search the country. The red Ram 1500 classic with regular cab , 5.7 hemi, 20 inch chrome rims , class 4 tow hitch was found .. One problem its 211 miles away . Called and spoke to Steve Ross , asked if the price was true and yes it was .No games , he made the buying process pain free. Towing was a major point to make sure the truck was the right one, before taking a deposit he checked the Vin number with Ram and got the true towing weight , it was perfect .. Ran the credit card , then the process of wiring money and receiving all the paper work I needed to get insurance and registration was very quick sent overnight from a New York dealership to my home in Massachusetts ..Truck was then shipped and delivered right to my front door step, in perfect clean condition . None of that B.S. of " I have to go talk to my manager " . Main Motor Car price was so good that with the 500.$ shipping added on it was still the best price then anyone local had and it was the exact truck I was looking for . At 53 years of age and not very computer savvy Steve made the process pain free and took photos the whole step of the way ...I made a friend out of this purchase , How many people can say that ..Still waiting for my local dealerships to call me with what I wanted ... Cheers rL.

Had a great experience buying a nice used car for my daughter here. Worked with Joe Doughty. It was the first dealership we looked at. She drove a car that she liked, and we were given a very competitive price, but she wasn’t quite positive about it. Joe and his manager did a nice job of being eager to sell us the car but at the same time, not pushy when we wanted to think on it. . She test drove several other cars, and we came back a week later and bought the original car at Romeo Nissan. Could not have been happier with the process, the price, the follow up and the customer service we received. Really appreciated Joe’s professionalism and patience. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership in the future because of this experience.
