My husband and I were JUST looking for a possible car replacement. Well when it was all said and done we left the dealership with 4 new vehicles....3 were trade-ins. We've purchased Kia's in the past and never had issues with the make, so we trusted Kia. Luis Perez, the salesman greeted us with a smile and welcoming attitude. Asked us questions and was willing to help us out without being pushy. Even though, Luis is fairly new to this dealership he definitely provided us with lots of information and went above and beyond to help us meet our goal. He listened and understood our needs, spoke to us with respect and made us feel comfortable. He was honest and truthful about the deals. We spent a lot of time talking, which helped us understand a lot more about purchasing a car. He was considerate of our situation and he helped us meet our goal. My ultimate goal was to trade in the 1 vehicle we had, purchase a newer model with lower payment; in the end, we reached our goal to do this with all 3 vehicles and in addition add another for my graduating daughter. This will be a Christmas we all will never forget. I also want to extend my gratitude to Mitch Walker. We were at the dealership late, last customers of the day and I have to say he welcomed us with a smile and great attitude. We are extremely grateful for his "attention to detail", without this we would have missed out on the military discount, which in the long run helped us with the purchase of the extended warranty package. I'm so thankful to have encountered these 2 individuals at Ancira Kia and thank you to their managers for employing such great employees.
