I seriously never knew buying a vehicle could be this smooth. I live 4 hours from this dealership and would return in a heart beat. I dealt with the internet sales team to make sure it was worth the travel....it MOST CERTAINLY was! I was interested in a car at LCM. When I got there Barry gave me the key and a plate.
I asked him to figure out the total while I was test driving. When I came back I liked the car and the price, so I bought it. Couldn't have been easier.

After my car was totaled during a snow storm, I was undecided on how I was going to replace it. I searched for several days and was leaning toward a certain option, when I happened to find the exact make and model of car that I wrecked at Warwick Autopark, but one model year newer and with 30,000 fewer miles than my old car. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and very fair with their price so the same day I test drove it, I was able to sign the paperwork and put it in my garage. When we are ready to replace my wife's car, I know where we will start our search.

My 12 year-old car was making an unusual whistling noise when people were seated in the back which I suspected was emanating from the rear differential. It was time to move on. The salesman was very low key and made the purchasing process easy.
I recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ladd-Hanford. I worked exclusively with Scott Keath who did an excellent job. No pressure sales technique, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. If a deal is feasible he will work to make it happen. I inspected the vehicle and realized that some LED bulbs were burnt out on the daytime running lights. You cannot just cut the headlamp assembly open and remove the defective bulbs and re-solder new bulbs; an entire new headlamp assembly must be installed. The HID headlamp assembly costs around $1,000 for the part if you were to fix it yourself. Scott offered to replace the entire assembly at no cost to me. That is professional service. I will be back for future vehicle purchases.

Ben Winters was the best kind of sales consultant; he listened to my unusual requirements carefully, was patient showing me the technical aspects of the vehicle, and went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction with the Mazda CX3 selected.
