Vince and Ryan were both very professional and helpful. It felt like they were trying to get me a vehicle I wanted at a price I was happy with, without trying to take advantage. They also offered to fix an issue (missing antenna) on my used vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

Everything is great except for one thing. We dislike the stop/start feature. It does not save gas like they say it does and the fact it has to be hard on the engine and the starter and the fact if the system fail to start back up , it may leave a family stuck in a dangerous traffic situation...I was not use to it and gave it too much acceleration and nearly rear ended the car in front of me..... This device is a big joke.......
The service was great!!!! From the moment I sent out that I was interested in one of the vehicles, I got a prompt response. Plus, the dealer made sure I was available and double checked when I would be arriving.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Excellent in snow. Forget to turn it off because its so quiet and smooth. Ride and maneuverbility are excellent. Its like a sports car 4x4 and luxury car all in one
I bought a used car from this dealer. They have a nice selection most of the time. Finding a certified pre-owned car is sometimes hard because there are not many of them. Overall, Toyota Direct was a good place to purchase my car.
Recently bought a used car and it surprisingly was a great experience. The salesperson was friendly and honest. However, my car did not have a place for my front license plate. The service department did an excellent job. It was a quick and easy fix. Would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership.

One week after my purchase of a 2018 Compass Trailhawk, my vehicle began leaking transmission fluid and spent 5 weeks in the shop. I made my first payment while driving a rental. My next vehicle will be a Toyota

My wife and I purchased this vehicle to have a safe and comfortable 4x4 for our new baby. This vehicle drives like a luxury vehicle. It is very smooth on handling, very smooth shifting and just great vehicle overall. This vehicle gets better gas mileage than my wife's Mazda 3 used to get. The interior is very comfortable as well. I would recommend spending an extra couple hundred dollars and getting the heated seats and steering wheel in cold climate areas. Great handling in the snow. It has settings for sand and mud but my wife won't let me take it in the sand or mud =)
I have a mild review here. I don’t know which way to go with it. Me and my wife have purchased 3 cars from this place and didn’t really have any major issues with the previous purchases except for the back ordered parts that were needed for my TRUCK. Coming in for our fourth purchase in 2 years we were trading in the Malibu we purchased about 15 months prior.. we landed on a Durango GT and loved it.. but during the apprisal of our trade in they knocked us for pre-existing conditions (things that we never fixed when we bought the car from them the year prior. We bought the car for a little over $7,000 and when we got our appraisal figures back I was extremely insulted with a $1,000 offer... NADA rough trade on her 2012 MALIBU LTZ with 130k miles was around 3600$. We owed about $5500 on it. We were willing to take a loss but I was appalled considering we bought 3 times prior! Is that the way you treat previous loyal customers? Offer $1.000 for a vehicle you sold us the year prior for over $7000?? the vehicle was literally in the same shape with an additional 20,000 miles... will I shop there again? Maybe? Will I recommend friends? Probably not. BY THE WAY JUDY LAFFERTY WAS GREAT!! She does her job well. Whoever controls the figures on trade ins can kiss my @** !!! Haha

I had no intention of buying a new car until I drove a rental Compass and just couldn't believe how it drove. I highly recommend test driving this car if you are thinking of buying a new vehicle.
After a negative experience at a nearby dealership, we couldn't have been happier to have such a nice, knowledgable sales rep. Leonel Fernandez was great to work with! He had us in and out very efficiently, while still being thorough in explaining details and answering questions. I would definitely recommend both Performance Delaware and Leonel to someone in the market for a new car!
They are not the best, they are not the worst; they are the Melba toast of car dealerships. I was working with another dealership in WV that seemed unable to find the Jeep that Tri-County had. Made the 90 min drive and traded in one Jeep for the other at Tri-County. Generally speaking, I feel that my trade in was low balled and the price that I paid for my new Jeep was $2k higher than a similar vehicle with a hard top with a dealer in Virginia but I didn't want to give up a day's pay for something that might not be there by the time that I arrived. Look, these guys are not priests nor are they rabbis--they are car salesmen. One specific positive note: when they tried to upsell me on additional coverages, a simple "I'm not even remotely interested in that bu11$h1t" ended that conversation with no additional hard sells. One specific negative note: when I went to pull out of the lot, I saw that the side view mirror controller knob was busted. It was too late to get a tech to pop in a new one but who doesn't catch that when you are test driving?

It’s meet my needs for day to day, gas mileage is good for the type of car it is. Good for family and little kids in the back but not sure about adults honestly it’s small on the inside
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied.
