In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

We had an amazing experience buying our Lincoln Nautilus at FairOaks (FO). This purchase was for my wife, and the team at FO kept their focus on her, her questions, and her experience. Of course they answered my questions, but never did they talk to me instead of her. She was the focus. Her questions, her concerns, and her experience was the center of the process. I really love my new Compass, I enjoy driving it. It handles very nice and for a 4 cylinder engine it moves. The interior is very beautiful and comfortable.

I love driving this car! I have a 2019 Jeep Compass trailhawk and it has been great for my daily commuting and for my road trips! It’s a big of a gas guzzler though, the gas could be better. The Auto stop doesn’t seem to make much a difference gas wise. The only problem I had with this car was a rock in the radiator, which unfortunately is how I purchased it without the dealer noticing! When I took it to the dealer they swore up and down that nothing was wrong with it. I was furious, they kept my car for 2 days just to tell me they couldn’t detect anything.I took it to a mom and pop shop and it took them 10 minutes to tell me it was the radiator. Once I got that fixed, the car has been running fine! I love driving it, it’s off road capability is pretty impressive! It has a good amount of features as well. I also got it for a pretty low price, which is awesome!

After 4 months of looking for an suv, we found one. Although it was listed on Spitzer KIa, Mansfield the vehicle was acutally in North Canton, Ohio. We contacted Spitzer and they sent an employee to bring it to Mansfield. We made arrangements to test drive. Prior to this we had dealt with Anthony McQueen when looking a t a previous vehicle. He was the employee who we once again worked with and purchased from. We liked Anthonny as he so patient with me with questions asked. He was honest, not overbearing, and very thorough in showing us all the many functions of our Sportage. We like his attitude, friendliness and knowledge of things we asked about the suv. Anthony is a genuine person who cares about the buyer not just about making a sale. I hope he continues to grow with Spitzer. We will definitely ask for him in the future if looking for another vehicle.

This is the best in its segment i highly recommend it its smooth ride good suspension and good 4*4 but the transmission could be refined better.

An Absolutely Flawless Car-Buying Experience! I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Nissan Ariya, and I can honestly say the team at Lorenzo Nissan has earned a customer for life. Update – Service Completed on 2/11/26 I wanted to provide an update following my recent service appointment. I scheduled a transmission drain-and-fill for my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid on very short notice and arrived on 2/11/26 at 8:55 AM. The service was completed promptly by 10:30 AM—about 1 hour and 35 minutes. The invoice initially showed $440+, but the advertised $179.95 special was applied, resulting in a final charge of $179.95 plus tax (~$197 total). During the appointment, I explained that I was doing preventive maintenance at relatively low mileage (35k) to ensure the transmission lasts after warranty expiration. I greatly appreciate that Service Director Kevin Tranter and the dealership went the extra mile to honor the advertised price and make me feel valued as a customer. The service advisor, Lillian, also acknowledged that the 2018 Pacifica Hybrid does not require removing the transmission pan and that the filter is not replaceable unless the transmission is removed—correcting the prior misunderstanding that led to inflated initial pricing. While my original concerns about advertising inconsistencies and staff familiarity with model-specific procedures remain valid, I want other customers to know that the dealership truly made an effort to rectify the situation. I would certainly return for future advertised promotions, knowing they will honor the price and provide proper service. Based on this resolution, I am updating my review rating from 1 star to 3–4 stars.
