I had almost 300,000 on my Jeep Patriot, 2010 model. I had no major repairs and hope the same for my Compass. When I wanted a new vehicle I already had the Jeep Compass in mind. The Compass is comfortable but I wish the cup holders were positioned better.
Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.

This car meets my needs, is comfortable, has a beautiful design and awesome features; one of my favorites is engine stops once at a brake, in order to save on gas and polutants.
Found Marty to be great to work with. He went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. This makes him 10 star in our view.

I love the Compass! I've never felt more safe in a vehicle. It has everything I need and I'm excited to drive it every day. The cold weather package is awesome and another feature is it turns off when stopped! I'm so happy with my purchase.

This car has plenty of technology that comes standard, the legroom is amazing both in the front and back seats. It has a large cargo area, and seats fold down to make it even larger. The engine has more power than you think a 4 Cylinder would have, and the 4x4 option is a must!
The good: Everyone I dealt with was friendly from start to finish I got out in an hour for an oil change/tire rotation/etc, which I've come to expect from Jeep dealers('17 Cherokee) Price was a couple bucks less than quoted online. The bad: I can't read your service advisory sheet, the dots are gray, light gray, and a lighter gray No communication from service adviser on what needed to be taken care of...it looks like brake fluid and maybe transmission fluid but I can't tell because of the gray sheet. Whatever happened to the green/red/yellow? I asked on the appointment sheet for someone to look at my Sirius XM as I am not receiving all the channels I pay for and I've had Sirius try to fix it numerous times. I also asked on the appointment booking to have someone look at the left rear speaker as it sounds garbled. Now, I'm not taking any stars away for this because I didn't verbally communicate it, but I did see it requested on the sheet, but these services were not performed. Car was parked in BFE when it was completed. Like behind the service bays garage 6 rows deep. No idea why. I had to set off my panic just to find the xxxx thing. I almost had to take an Uber. Car wasn't washed (I was promised a complementary car wash upon arrival from the service adviser). You're convenient because I live in the cape. But I get better service in Fort Myers. I think you had the chance to earn my business, and you failed.

A lot more bells and whistles than the wife needed but she will figure it out eventually. In the meantime a nice vehicle for me to drive.
this new dealership is a welcome site in Cape Coral! They treat the customer like they are important. The facility is just beautiful. Complementary coffee, tea, beverages. Friendly staff. They did exactly what they said that would do, and in less than the timeframe they said it would be done in. A to Z 10's all the way across the board!
A great looking Jeep; but lacking in performance

I took a long time deciding on this vehicle – searching through the crowded field of small SUV's, there was nothing I quite took a liking to – until I saw the Compass. It's a handsome tough looking fella, and the Limited version had all the amazing add-ons I wanted. It's 4x4 capability is really great, and Jeep's reputation for off-road capability seems upheld. However it lacks some driving performance. I knew this going in – that the 4-cylinder engine was a decent 180HP; but there is a clear lacking in pick-up. Very slow acceleration out of first gear. Also gas mileage has been extremely bad so far – only getting 320km out of the 51 litre tank. This may change over time as the vehicle breaks in, I certainly hope. Overall happy with the vehicle, but concerned I'm burning too much gas and am annoyed by it's low-end acceleration.
Growing up I always heard about how much of a headache going to car dealerships was and having to deal with the stereotypical greasy car salesman. You know, the one that seems to have their fingers crossed behind their backs while touting that they can give you the best deal? At Naples Mazda that is not the case. I researched every crossover/SUV and shopped around for 2-3 weeks before I made my decision and Naples Mazda made my dreams a reality. Professional, personal and knowledgeable staff are just a few of the great traits that they display. I ended up having to work with 2 salesman due to scheduling but they both made sure I got the best deal on my 2018 Mazda Cx-5 Touring with the preferred package and walked out with a smile on my face.
