Efficient, effective and friendly service

While vacationing in MB my 2008 Chrysler began making a disturbing rattle. Went to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep Service Department (785 Jason Blvd). The people at the desk (Jared and Brad) said it would take about an hour, but Jared went out immediately and confirmed the rattle. Within 20 minutes, the mechanic (Pete) took it for a short drive, brought it into the shop,identified the problem (two loose lug bolts) and fixed it. I was out of there inside the hour. Actually, I had expected it to take an hour just to get to my car so I was impressed with their efficiency. I was most impressed with the treatment I received: efficient, effective and friendly. Al;though I don't want to have to return for assistance again, if I ever have car problems or needs, this dealership will be my destination. Many thanks to Jared, Brad and Pete. PS I misplaced my receipt which will get me reimbursement from my service department at home because they failed to put the lug bolts on properly. I called and spoke with the service manager. Again, a friendly response, promising to send me another copy.
