I was concerned about buying a car during the outbreak, but they made it very easy. Great price for the vehicle and my trade in. Jason, Norma and amber made it worth the 200 plus miles I drove to get there. Thank you to the team for the quick turn around and minimal paperwork. My local dealers couldn’t approach the deal or service offered by Faulkner. They don’t know I am writing this review, and I am just a very pleased customer.

I bought a Gladiator last year that began having problems with crank-no-start and rough starts. I brought it in, described the problem and now have a fully “whole” and awesome Gladiator again after only a day and a half. Kudos to Kerry in the Service Department who was awesome throughout and to Shively in general. Very good customer service!
