We discussed what I was looking for, and he already knew what he had to show me. We took a couple test drives, and he knew every detail about each vehicle. He knew I was specific about certain features, so he made sure to show me exactly what the vehicle featured that would spark my interest. He saw the condition of my trade and knew that I take great care of my trucks. So, he made sure to let me know that the material of the new vehicle's interior, required a specific way of cleaning to avoid any damage to the microfiber suede. Those are details that customers appreciate. Kevin was so thorough. We decided on the Acadia Denali Ultimate and upon pickup, Kevin made sure he did another thorough run through. This vehicle had some new features my prior truck did not have so he wanted to make sure I was comfortable navigating its system. We had some great conversations while we waited on paperwork. He was very personable. I cannot recommend Kevin enough to purchase a vehicle from. Brandon C. was awesome through it all, he would send options that he thought would fit my budget and plan, I test drove a bunch of different vehicles, there was never any pressure to buy. The team was always very friendly and answered any questions that came up. The sales manager Steve S. was also awesome to deal with, he worked to find options in my budget, answered questions I had about warranties, and other options, again never any pressure to buy, gave me a great price for my trade in. Jay in the finance office was great as well, explained all our options for protection plans and again never pressured me or tried to fit me into what they wanted to sell, just gave me clear complete information and let me decide for myself. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new vehicle, I’m glad I did.

They sent me a video from the tech that was kind of cool although I don’t think he checked much on the quick inspection.. All the warning lights are on on my dash and they said it passed, lol. All in all it was a good experience. Took a couple hours.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.
