He was down to earth, helpful, and friendly. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot before I left with my new car. I took my 2021 Pacifica Hybrid in for recall service, suspension work, and to correct an issue with the blind spot monitoring system. The service advisor was transparent about the lead time based on a recent influx of work; regardless they were able to complete all the work a few days earlier than projected. They offered to put in aftermarket struts when I told them I could not wait for OEM parts which were back ordered. The service center was busy and lively; good indicator of great customer service.
2026 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought a new Willys model 2 door. Got nearly 10k off at Brandon Tomes in McKinney. Best Jeep I’ve had so far, and I’ve owned quite a few, dating back to the eighties. Mine has the 2.0 turbo and the 8 speed automatic, and it is surprisingly quick. A bit of turbo lag, but it comes in early at about 3k rpm, and the torque is fantastic. Seems like a lotta folks still want the inline six, but after owning two, those engines are dogs. Also had two V6 models, a JK and JT, and this engine outperforms both. With proper maintenance, should last a good while, but we’ll see. The 8 speed has a great reputation, as does the Rubicon spec suspension. Overall, happy with this Jeep, would recommend.
