I have to say that this experience was one of the most positive that I've ever had at a car dealership. It all started with an internet inquiry. Tyler responded promptly and we tossed some numbers around before I even stepped foot into the dealership. When I brought my trade down they firmed up the numbers and were pretty much spot on. (They actually gave me MORE for my trade when they saw it in person.)
They were very efficient when it came to filling out the initial paperwork and they are clearly focused on customer service and value their customers time. When it came time to go into the F&I office, Dawn was a pleasure to work with. I never laughed so much getting a $40,000 loan, warranty, GAP, and other products. She explained what each one does and even found out a way for me to pay for my warranty in increments without having to roll it into my monthly payment.
I was beyond satisfied with my purchase experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car. It all started with a simple e-mail that was answered in minutes.
