What truly sets this dealership apart, however, is their commitment to the customer after the sale. After only three days of owning the car, I experienced a major powertrain failure. When I called the dealership, they immediately stepped up. They had me tow the vehicle to a local dealer where it was repaired under the warranty provided by Interstate Ford, and they even covered a portion of the bill. Additionally, after identifying a few other safety-related concerns with the vehicle, Adam Gilbert, the sales manager, and the entire Interstate Ford team have been proactive. They have personally ensured me that they are doing everything in their power to correct these issues to provide a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. We drove up from Kentucky on a rainy night to see a 2011 Mustang they had on their website. When we got there, we met Austin and had him show us the car. We took it for a test drive and were pleased with it. I would have liked to have been able to negotiate a little more off the price, but I understand that todays market makes that more difficult. This was my sons first big purchase so he was understandably nervous. I think Austins and the finance guys demeanor (sorry I can't remember his name) really helped my son through this. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and my son is, so far, happy with his car.

This dealership is not like your typical dealership. There was none of the usual high pressure sales tactics I have experienced at other places. We bought a nice used vehicle for my son’s first car. They handed us the keys and let us look at it by ourselves. We ended up buying it. Brought it home on Saturday. Monday morning I received a call from the dealer. They had ordered 4 new tires for the car. We had no clue when we bought it. They drove to us, picked up the car, had the tires installed and brought it back. They could have easily not told us about the new tires. Very honest dealer that I highly recommend. Will buy from them again if looking for a used vehicle.
