2014 Toyota Tacoma review
Purchased this truck new ten years ago, four door, six foot bed, towing package- fuel mileage is not the best (16mpg avg) due to the towing gear ratio, however I tow a lot of boats up to 22 feet and have never had a problem. Currently have 80,000 miles with only routine manufacturer recommended maintenance. Only negative, my wife finds the truck too long (19 feet) for the mall parking spaces.

2025 Toyota Tacoma review
Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

2007 Chevrolet Corvette review
I bought my 2007 Convertible Z51 3LT in October of 2024. It had 118,000 and now has just over 125,000 miles. This car was someone’s toy as it has a cold air Vararam intake and long tube headers, and has been very well cared for as well. It still looks and drives like new, not bad for an 18 year old car. My only knock on the car is the interior is a lot of plastic and kind of blah. The Center stack is right out of the GM parts bin, nothing special. Raising and lowering the top is as simple as releasing the center handle and pushing a button for up or down. Only the 3 LT does that little trick, the rest are manual. Performance wise, stock it was 5 HP shy of a C5 Z06, mine is making 505 at the wheels very similar to a C6 Z06. When you stomp that loud pedal you better be focused and right with Jesus. I kinda got in trouble when I bought it, my wife as not as excited as I was until we had our first date in the car, she forgave me and I bought her a convertible Mustang a month later.

2012 Honda Civic review
Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

2007 Ford F-150 review
In 2007, I traded my ‘99 Expedition in on my current 2097 F-150 crew cab, 4X4 Lariat, big block V8. What a great truck she has been. Great driver in dark brown over lite brown, that looks great, my neighbor keeps trying to buy it from me. The power is great, very comfortable ride on leather seats, CD and satellite radio, I added a cap over the box in matching factory colors. 110,000 on the odometer, with zero problems. I keep up with factory recommended maintenance and I’ve never had any problems. I’ve looked at the newer model F-150s but have never liked the idea of leaving my 2007. Bottom line, this has been a great value for me.

2008 Honda Civic review
Bought 2008 with 94k miles on it and have owned it for 2 years (115k on it now). Great value car, great Dave Ramsey car(read the Total Money Makeover), great car value to avoid debt(buy one off a “grandma” (=low miles and not driven hard(it only went to church and the grocery store🤣😂)). I will drive it to 200k or more and my investment accounts will keep on growing!

2024 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Love my truck so much! It has plenty of leg room for my long legs! It drives smooth on long road trips! The back has been useful for moving large objects better than a SUV. It gives me both worlds truck and SUV feel. I highly recommend if you want a truck but the big ones are too much to handle!

2015 Ford Mustang review
I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. 2023 Jeep Wrangler review
First jeep was a 2 door 1988 , have owned 9 since , every generation has gotten better , after having a lifted Willys and a Mojave gladiator I decided to go for more comfort but still able to do jeep things , 23 sport S 2 door hardtop 6cly , comfortable, quiet and cool . Love the alpine sound system and the smooth quiet comfortable ride ( obviously still a jeep ) I’ve gotten 28mph on a 400 mile road trip and seem to average 25mph which it outstanding imop

I was not in any way, shape, or form in the market for a car in today's market. My car was paid for, I was completely happy with it for the time being, and not having a payment was one less thing to worry about. My paid off car, with no payments, was totaled while sitting in a parking spot on a main street a few weeks ago. Out the window went my "keep my paid off car until the market gets better plans"! After much research (I live in Athens County), I discovered Don Wood had a decent inventory across all of their locations, so off to Athens I went (I went to the Don Wood Toyota location). Sales Consultant, Bruce Simpkins, is the best, kindest, most caring sales person I have met to date (I have bought at least 17 cars over the years)! I explained my situation, but unfortunately, finding a decent car with less than 100,000 miles for under $15,000 in today's market, is a struggle. The struggle was so real, I left discouraged and unable to find anything that evening. The next day I received a text from Bruce letting me know they had just received a vehicle with low mileage. He had the car cleaned, detailed, and ready for me to test drive when I came in, and I bought the car. 2011 Ford Ranger review
I've bought a used 2011 ranger in 2019. Its never failed to start and get me to where I needed to go. Only getting rid of it as my needs have changed. One negative is the regular cab space can be tight if you going on a longer trip.

Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. With my highest recommendation I say YES I give Don Wood CDJR my gratitude and thanks. I am huge fan of their product. IMO their product isn't the cars and trucks they represent/sell, it is the humanity with which they do business and the genuine person to person interaction. It is meaningful. I absolutely love my beautiful Deep Impact Blue 6 Speed Manual 2013 Mustang GT. I've had her going on 10 years now. She's very fast, more so with my Brenspeed 97 Race Tune delivered by my Bama Tuner, 1 7/8 Kooks Long Tube Headers, X-Pipe, fed back to my Flowmaster 40 Outlaw Mufflers, an Airaid Cold Air Intake and in the very near future a Ported 2nd Gen Cobra Jet Intake with N/A Detroit Rocker. 2021 Toyota Tundra review
With 60k miles on my 2021 1794 edition I’ve had zero issues and has been perfect. I love the the old school soild build and less fancy electronics to screw up. Made to last and is in my opinion the last of the best full size trucks ever made.

2020 Dodge Challenger review

Great cat, very enjoyable to drive. Love owning it. It's not a sedan but has enough space for my 2 daughters in the back, good trunk space for a convertible. I've been using it as a commuter to and from work averaging 21mpg
