2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

2023 Kia Carnival review
15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.
2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for a few weeks now and we are loving it! The only complaint i have is we have the seat package and the middle seats are a little hard for the kids to slide up and back into position. The new stile of the dash and controls is very user friendly.

Amazing experience at Kia of Cape Coral. We had been to two other Kia dealerships before we found Mark Lima at Kia of Cape Coral.He was very fair and when I spoke with him over the phone and made an agreement on price, he was the first to actually honor the price exactly when we got to the dealership. Typically we were given an agreed price and then once we got to the other dealership, the price went up with tons of fees added. This did not happen with Mark at Kia of Cape Coral. He was so efficient and kind throughout the entire process. He made the car buying process a positive experience for us. I highly recommend him if you are in this area and in the market to buy a car. He will do his best to make sure you are treated well throughout the process. This was my daughter’s first new car and it took a little longer through the financing process but he stayed past his normal hours to make sure it was all completed before he left us. Thank you so much Mark! You have earned our business on any future car purchase. I had to share this experience because I know this isn’t the normal experience at most car dealerships. Mark was an exception to the experiences we have had in the past.

2024 Kia Carnival review
The Kia Carnival is very impressive. First is the exterior with its classy design. The lines are clean and the finish is beautiful and seems to be durable. The fit of the exterior is again clean and precise. Although this is in the MiniVan segment it does not have boring minivan looks. The interior is quite luxurious for a vehicle in this class. It is comfortable and seems like it will kast a long time. The 8 seater models are quite versatile as the rear row folds into the floor and the middle row is fairly easy to remove. This gives you massive cargo space that rivals a work van. Even with the seats in there is a ton of storage space. There is a 7 seat model that features captains chairs in the middle row. These cannot be easily removed. I think most people would prefer the 8 seat models for versatility. The dash is amazing with its modern design and features. The controls are well laid out and easy to operate. The SX level trim features 360 cameras with a top view. There are just so many incredible features this car has that really just need to be seen. I suggest looking at some FB groups for the Carnival as there is just too much to put in writing. The Carnival has a strong v6 that is smooth and also economical. I would say most folks will get slightly above EPA ratings. I was able to get 34.9 mpg of a recent trip but I did have to work at driving conservatively. Most folks should expect 26-29mpg. Slightly less in city or a lot of stop and go. Acceleration is strong and you can set the mode of driving from Sport, Normal, Smart and Eco. These adjust the handling and transmission. Obviously driving aggressively will cost you on gas consumption. I love my Carnival. I has a Ford F-150 Platinum and wanted something better on gas easier to transport goods. This gives me the comfort and space I wanted and was used to. It is easier to park as well. I looked at Toyota, Honda, and Chrysler. All of the competitors were significantly more expensive. The Toyota is a 4cyl Hybrid and I did not like its performance. The Honda seemed a bit dated and not as roomy. The Chrysler has reliability issues but it does have the folding middle row. I just could not see spending more for that feature and a car with poor reliability. The Carnival is actually fun to drive with strong performance comfort and features. It is also packed with safety features. If you want a family vehicle or a versatile comfortable vehicle for hauling the Carnival fits the bill. The other option is an SUV but these are typically bulky, have less room, and do not get great gas mileage. Honestly SUVs are overrated and not worth the extra money.

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Greg Abraham, GM; Carlos Caraballo, Gen.Sales Mngr, and Vinnie Incorvaia, Sales Mngr. - My partner has been leasing and buying cars there for 14 years, so I followed suit. I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I generally would have sucked it up and just not bothered. Vinnie even called me from home after work and the GM saw me immediately within 24 hours. 2022 Kia Carnival review
ill try and go in order. The comfort is great. When the car was new the seats were a bit hard, but as to be expected though. We have the EX trim so we got leather seats. The heating feature in the seats, pretty xxxx amazing. Seats in the back are great for the kids. comfortable and roomy. the ability to move all three seats individually in the second row makes things so much easier. We got an 8 seater and can make it a 7 seater, which we do most of the time, or remove two making a 5 etc. Leaves many options for the layout of the inside to your liking. The display for the radio, zero complaints. GPS works great. Moment you open it itll pull a list of local kia dealers based off your location just in case. Steering wheel feels great, I had a toyota for a few days and the Carnivals compared to toyotas is by far better. It is a 3.5DGI engine. Puts out amazing power. This is not your normal minivan you grew up with. it cruises along fine, and when you need to get moving, this thing moves with no hesitation at all Downside is i wish they offered a hybrid option. Hear its in the works. I use this for family and commuter to work which is about 100 miles a day 5 days a week. Have to fill up ever other day based off driving and traffic patterns. Value for the money? at MSRP pricing on an EX trim in a 2022 year, by far this is a steal!! Again test drove a sienna base base lowest trim and price was about 43K. did not have half the features our Carnival did and the Carnival MSRP price was about 36-37. we did pay a mark up of 1,500 but still nothing close to the Sienna when all was said and done. Best feature I like about this van is the rear camera that faces the back seats. I call it the DAD CAM. My kids can not get away with anything!. Styling? where i live there is not many of these around. I can maybe count all the ones in our area on two hands safely. We have ours in Black and we get so many compliments. Asked what it is and all. Many think its an SUV, facture in the look, our tints are 5% etc. Never can tell its a van unless you know what you're looking at. Reliability? I am going to say this as a very honest customer and driver. In 11 months i have put on 34,500 miles. I drive my cars pretty hard when I am by myself. Out of the 6 cars I have owned, this one is the only one that can stand my driving and always give me the power and reliability without me having to worry. Has given me zero issues. None. I have driven a Ford, Toyota and this is my first Kia. By far this out performs them all. One thing about kia is not only do they say they are reliable, they back it up with their warranty. No other car makes offer what they do unless you buy an extended warranty. Kias service team is also a pleasure. Always able to talk to a live person, can explain issues if any and they'll lead you on a path to have things resolved. If you are looking for a very safe, reliable, comfortable, unique, and family friendly vehicle and not break the bank doing so or wasting money on so many add ons or warranties, The Kia Carnival is for you. 2022 Kia Carnival review
We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

The service was outstanding from beginning to end. Kayla was the lady who answered my original telephone call. She worked with me to schedule my appointment on short notice. Next up were Courtney and Tilly. Their coordination of my service visit was flawless. They did what I asked and suggested other services in the future. Shuttle service was provided at no cost. Tegan was a gentleman and a scholar. What an absolute delight! He opened the door for us and was so accommodating in every way. Please note, "I am an old lady with a broken hip!" Good teamwork in place here. My compliments to Management. Take care of your people and they will take care of you. Enough said!
