Had a wonderful experience with Dylan! I wanted a car that needed to be ordered. I visited NINE different KIA stores between Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana (2 of 9 being in Kentucky). The courtesy and knowledge Dylan provided ultimately made me choose purchasing from this Kia location & with him specifically. He is not your average “pushy” car salesman - very respectful and straight forward which I appreciated as a young female car purchaser. He was reasonable to work with as far as budget goes and ensured I got exactly what I wanted (car model/color/trim). He was also communicative throughout the entire ordering process (which can take quite a bit of time), and even went the extra mile to help suggest a safe hotel location/etc as I was traveling from out of state to purchase the car. On the day of purchase was VERY patient with me. Could not recommend enough!!

I had originally begun to look online on sites like Carfax and Autotrader, and found similar cars to what was offered at this dealership, but Steven KIA offered a more "fair price" compared to the dealers that I spoke with closer to NOVA. My daughter and I stopped by and Tim Cornett immediately stepped up to help as Frank was not in yet. He provided us with excellent service and, having done car loans myself, was very efficient and knowledgeable of the process, actually selling us a 2017 Kia Soul which I love. He even went well beyond by helping us with some unrelated paperwork. He was so friendly, got me the best rate and I couldn't have been happier with the sale. He is great! Also, Frank came in and he, too was wonderful.
