Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

This car has plenty of legroom for passengers in the front seat and the backseat. This car can travel long distances a pills and in town very well. This vehicle has excellent gas mileage.

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

This car is the perfect for anyone! It drives well, I love the comfort of the seats and it’s not too big or small. I have almost 200,000 miles on mine and it still drives welllllll! Great on gas and super cute

This car is great and meets my all needs. It has good leg room in front and back. It is very comfortable in driving and seating as well. It has lots of features also.

I bought this car about a week ago in the Forte5 hatchback Instead of the sedan since I liked the look of the hatch better. So far it’s been great for little run around trips and I haven’t had to fill up the tank! The engine does like to idle at a low RPM usually below 1000 which I’m pretty sure is just how the car runs but it makes the car vibrate slightly but as long as the needle doesn’t move I think it’s ok.

Great sharing of information and making some recommendations. We discussed several of the other vehicles that might meet my needs.

Dean said that the mirror will be replace and paint touched up when side mirror comes in. Extra Key ordered and programed after I submitted a review. Clean and friendly dealership.

No issue with them bank wanted 5000 down because of age of truck. Would try To do business with them again

This is the second car I purchased at this dealership. Since this is my first EV car I had many questions and my sales rep Christian was so helpful. We had a few problems with an app and he helped me by telling me in detail what I need to do. It is now fixed and I am a happy camper! Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

great customer service but he did not have any maintenance records for the vehicle. That was the deal breaker for me.

I have been searching for a few months for a car. This is my first car purchase and it was a very simple and easy transaction. The two people running the lot/shop are very nice and honest people who seem to actually take care of the cars they get. They also have a carfax for every vehicle on their website. Also with cars not on the site but you'd have to visit the lot. They helped me with everything I needed and I would defiantly purchase another car from them! Highly recommend!!
