Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

This is our second Kia but my first time doing business with Scott Kia. We loved our Kia Soul but traded up as soon as the AWD Seltos was available. After all too many dealership nightmares I actually started getting service at Pep Boys. There were some recalls I had held off on because of those nightmares, but I decided to fight the traffic congestion and give Scott a try. I'm glad I did! Everything was straight forward and honest, at a reasonable price. Very professional from start to finish. Examples of other dealer encounters were petty things like being charged $3 every time for windshield washer fluid even when the reservoir was filled to the top when I took it in, not rotating tires (confirmed because I had marked each wheel before service), needing a front end alignment on my second service and getting it back with the steering wheel off center without any documentation of before and after measurements, plus more. I found Scott Kia to be a pleasant surprise and will continue my service with them as long as I own a Kia. I do wish they were a little larger and had more inventory. But as far as service goes, I will recommend this business to anyone, Professional, honest, and fairly priced.
2024 Kia Forte review
I love my kia forte. I got the top tier kia Forte with leather seats which heat and cool and also a sunroof. This car is very comfortable! It is a little on the pricey side for my top tier one, but in the long run it is worth it.

My first interaction was with Anthony Jordan in Vehicle Maintenance, who went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue with my sunroof, during some of the rainiest days of the month, no less. He not only worked to find a solution but also gave me honest advice about considering a trade-in and exploring a lease option. I also want to recognize Lauren Eakin from the Lead Generation team for her clear and consistent communication leading up to my visit. But by far, the best part of my experience was working with Steve Hill, my Dealer Representative. Steve was transparent, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel like I was being "sold" on anything. I came in very hesitant (I haven’t had a car payment in over five years) but Steve made me feel great about my decision and genuinely excited about this next step with Kia. John Agavino, the Finance Manager, was a class act. He made the entire process seamless and even helped me arrange for a copy of my trade-in vehicle’s title, allowing me to take the new leased car home the same day. He was personable, patient, and incredibly helpful. Paul Sargent and Steve LaMonaca, from Management, were also excellent and checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. I originally came in just to browse and ended up leaving with a new car! This isn’t my first time at Scott Kia. I purchased my 2015 Optima there brand new with 0 miles, had it serviced there even after the warranty expired, and finally traded it in at 84k miles. The staff has always been friendly, honest, and helpful. They turned something I typically dread, buying or leasing a car, into a genuinely enjoyable experience. This dealership is truly one of a kind.
2024 Kia Forte review
It's too soon to tell how reliable this car will be in the future. However, at just one-month-old, it fits all my wants and desires. I love the interior, its comfort, and the extras that are in this car. The controls on the steering wheel make it safer while driving. The navigation system replaces all maps that I have on my phone and it helps to have the speed limit posted on the navigation read-out. This is my fourth Kia and I have never been disappointed.

My sales girl.Gina DiCave took a lot of time to put me in a car that would suit me. She took alot of time explaining to me the vehicle, as I have never had a Cadillac SUV before she was so patient and no pressure since I’m older and don’t have time to be pressured into some thing. Just want to know about what I’m paying for and how all this new technology works. She set my car up and told me to call her if I get stuck on anything. General Sales manager Marc Stango Also went over the numbers and gave me the best deal. I left the dealership feeling comfortable with the dealership and I just love my new XT 5. I stopped in there while I was treying to negotiate a deal with a competing dealership as they had a demo 2025 Sorento with 3k miles. I mert with Justice Hodges whow as personable, professional and listened to what I was looking for. We took a test drive and looked at other vehicles that were in the realm of what I was looking for. He didn't waste my time which I appreciated. Unfortunately (I thought), a deal couldn't be made. 30 minutes after leaving the dealership he called me with something I never considered. Cut to the chase, he and his GM put me in a 2026 Sorento AND met my down payment and financing terms. Done Deal!! Finished the paperwork the next day with Dean of finance. Justice was outstanding in every aspect and it's been a VERY long time when I've felt this way about s salesperson. If you're in the market, go see Justice- he's the man!

2024 Kia Forte review
I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.
