AutoNation USA Jacksonville review
Decided to sell my 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan. Highest online offer was Autonation Jacksonville. Made an appointment to pursue the offer. Arrived at the store and was connected with 2 representatives. Ash and manager Cam. Process was straightforward. Vehicle inspected, and very minor issues pointed out to me that I was not aware of. Fair offer made and accepted. Entire process took approx 1.5 hours and I left with the check in my hand. Payoff was no issue either. Both Ash and Cam were extremely professional, explained each step of the process and were a pleasure to deal with. As a retired automotive professional (42 year career) outstanding professionalism in the used automobile trade is the exception rather than the rule. Autonation and Ash & Cam were exceptional in this transaction. Very satisfied with the way the deal was handled and the positive outcome. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
2025 Kia K4 review
I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

I was Andrew first sale and he did a wonderful job with everything and the process was smooth and amazing. I recommend you to buy a car from this particular dealership because they really paid attention to my needs and accommodations! I needed something bigger and Andrew showed me a nice SUV and I was instantly in love!!!!! I went and got my car serviced recently and their customer service team is amazing they gave me complimentary snacks and water for me and my family and we waited in the customer care area and was very comfortable. I love my Kia 🥰🎉👏🏾 thank you all for your wonderful hospitality and help !

Kia on Atlantic review
Recently purchased a new Telluride. Everyone including Eli (sales) and Richard (finance) were absolutely amazing. So glad I decided to take my trade to Kia on Atlantic. No one tried to push anything on me (sales= purchase; finance= warranty). Eli brought several cars around a let ME decide if anything was the right fit and, in the end, we got the right vehicle for our family. Eli spent several hours and pretty much the whole day just for that one sale. So, hats off to him for enduring us. Once I got to Richard, he made everything a snap and was extremely pleasant and not pushy. He answered every question I had and, once again, was very patient, personable, and relaxing to deal with. So glad I stopped in at Kia on Atlantic. Best decision I've made in a long time!

2025 Kia K4 review
I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. My trunk is so spacious and the back seats fold down. It rides so smooth handles nicely and it is so quiet, it has so much equipment . the price was right. It's so sporty looking

Nissan of St Augustine review
Nissan Of St. Augustine delivers! Great service, fair pricing, and friendly atmosphere were all part of the positive experience I had in purchasing my Murano at this location. Tim Wombolt, Sales Specialist, was a professional from start to finish! He's personable, patient and calm. Thanks also to Justin "Incredible" for his input in walking me through some of the awesome technology this vehicle has to offer. I'm very happy!

Southeast Car AgencyReviews
Southeast Car Agency review
Best used car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought five cars over the years and this was the first time I didn’t feel like I needed a shower afterwards. No pressure, very professional staff. Sold me the car I wanted at a fair price with no upselling. They even had a mobile locksmith come to my house to make a second key for the car when I asked. I had already paid for the car and was out the door, they didn’t have too. I’ll buy my next one from them.

CarMax Gainesville review
Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great. Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.
