Ariana was amazing to work with! Contacted me about a vehicle I was looking at, I went in she greeted me and my family, we talked I told her what Honda of Lake City did and tried to get away with and she listened. I was terrified to sign anything after my experience with Honda. She let me take my time reading, did not rush me or push me into anything, she argued the price that I wanted and even with the issue with that other dealership I was able to get approval to be financed! She is very professional and definitely amazing to work with I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to go to Jenkins Kia of Gainesville.

The service was incredible. I live across state in South Ga and Mel went out of her way to handle the sale remotely, provided videos of the vehicle (even showing the oil level!), and was open about the condition of the vehicle. They delivered the vehicle to me complimentary and communicated every step of the way. I could not be happier with how the process unfolded. This was a grad/birthday present for my son and I am certain he will be excited. Thank you!

Kia on Atlantic review
Recently purchased a new Telluride. Everyone including Eli (sales) and Richard (finance) were absolutely amazing. So glad I decided to take my trade to Kia on Atlantic. No one tried to push anything on me (sales= purchase; finance= warranty). Eli brought several cars around a let ME decide if anything was the right fit and, in the end, we got the right vehicle for our family. Eli spent several hours and pretty much the whole day just for that one sale. So, hats off to him for enduring us. Once I got to Richard, he made everything a snap and was extremely pleasant and not pushy. He answered every question I had and, once again, was very patient, personable, and relaxing to deal with. So glad I stopped in at Kia on Atlantic. Best decision I've made in a long time!
