2019 Kia Niro review
MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.

2019 Kia Niro review
Bought this Niro LX brand new. I was impressed with it within the first hour. Plenty of power when you need it, plenty of economy all the time. We currently have 68,000 miles on it, and the only thing I have had to get fixed is the A/C system which was under warranty. We take long trips in this car and always average over 50 mpg. Driving in town gets 54 - 56mpg. It is so very quiet, even when the ICE is running. Its a shame that the price of these has risen over $10,000 since we bought ours. Not a car that I would pay $30,000 for. I have purchased 3 Kias since this one, and I love them all.

2023 Kia Niro review
This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

2023 Kia Niro review
Kia Niro EX Touring, 2023. About one year since purchase. Can't beat the gas mileage! About 54-55 MPG. Love the interior seat material. Comfortable and easy to clean. No issues whatsoever. Performance is good, with nice acceleration. Smooth drive. Trying to think of cons.... Overpriced. Should be $4Kish less. Shiny parts of console and dash show dust too easily. It would be nice to have a bit more cargo space, but that was known when I bought it. Occasionally the seat belt notification sounds off erroneously, but I don't know why.

Just a note I posted on Reddit concerning dealerships: Almost all of my dealership experiences have been awful. But my latest experience with Spitzer KIA in Cleveland was exactly the opposite. I traveled from Buffalo to look at 2 2024 and 2 2025 Tellurides. I wanted a V6 so 27s were out. All 4 vehicles were extremely clean. I was treated wonderful by a non commission salesman (Andrew). I decided on 1 vehicle, it was a great price to begin with, EX-XLINE, with trailer hitch and wiring, 18k miles, super clean for just about $41k. I was searching on line and a pop-up kept coming up for $500 off a purchase so I grabbed it, and when I presented it, no issues at all, they dropped the price. I flew back a couple days later, they picked me up with no wait. I got a tutorial about all the electronics and got an additional 3000 points in KIA VIP points good at any dealership. They followed up a week later to see if I had any issues. Easily my best dealership experience ever. It's a shame they are to far to travel for anything because I would stay loyal. Alexis the internet liason was really helpful. Spitzer has a bunch of dealerships in Ohio and I believe PA, none in NY.
2024 Kia Niro review
I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

2018 Kia Niro review
I love my Kia Niro Hybrid! I love all of the info that is continuously displayed above my steering wheel next to the speedometer that shows me when electric power is being used or being stored; my current MPG based on my driving practices; and at the end of my trip, it tells me exactly what my mpg was for that trip as well as what percentage of my driving was economical, normal, or aggressive! What an eye opener! I was able to increase my awareness of how my driving practices immediately impact the bottom line! I was able to reduce my aggressive driving from 11% to just 3% within just a few months. Now I don’t just think I’m a good driver, I KNOW that I am a safer driver! As an older driver, I am thrilled with the back up camera! Such a big help backing out of parking spaces in parking lots ( no blind spots!) and getting out of my driveway onto a major thoroughfare in my town! I feel so much safer. And being a grandmother of a kid in elementary school, a kid in day care, and a toddler I keep all day, I have precious cargo! But my favorite thing of all is that I only have to get gas about every 3 weeks instead of every week! I highly recommend the 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid! I didn’t think I could afford it when I bought it used 2 years ago…until I realized how much money I would be saving at the gas pump! I’m very happy with it!

2022 Kia Niro review
Have 10.5k miles on hybrid model. Getting over 52 mpg around town. Car has enough pep love the android auto feature. Rides a little rough but handles well low center of gravity. Interior nice for base model like the exterior looks. Third KIA not a problem with any of them. Read the warranty b4 buying KIA even warranties the storage batteries for 10 tears 100k miles to original buyer. Love the Niro bought the cargo shield to hide items in rear. 2023 Kia Niro review
I've had this car since 2023, and I've put almost 35k miles on it thus far. I've maintained it by manual specifications and have had no issues with how the car performs. The only issue I've had that was semi-irritating was the Android Auto/Carplay would cut out on me but I finally got a dealership to replace a faulty USB port and have had zero issues since! I get great milage and have no complaints as of today.

2023 Kia Niro review
2023 Niro SX HEV is my 2nd Niro. I purchased this a a Certified Pre-owned car with 14,400 miles on it. It now has 22,000 trouble free miles. The CPO warranty is the same as new car warranty. I appreciate the size, utility, comfort and fuel economy (52 mpg ave with 90% of miles in city). My 1st Niro was a 2019 PHEV which I was very happy with. It had two electrical issues, both were covered under warranty with no problem. I traded up to the 2nd generation Niro for the increased room and improved comfort over the 1st generation. I didn't get a PHEV the 2nd time around because I don't put many miles on the car and financially it made more sense to get the HEV rather than the PHEV after the Fed tax credit expired. To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Cochran Kia, because it truly made a difference at a time when I felt overwhelmed and out of options. Several years ago, I found myself in a situation where my vehicle could no longer be repaired affordably. I had no choice but to return to the dealership where I had purchased my previous car in West Virginia. As a West Virginia teacher, “robbing Peter to pay Paul” is often a way of life, and unfortunately my credit had taken a hit. The result was frightening—my manageable $300-something payment was projected to jump to nearly $600 just to secure a loan. I was frantic and unsure how I would make it work. Another West Virginia teacher recommended Cochran Used Cars, and that referral changed everything. I decided to make the trip, and I am so grateful that I did. I was treated with respect, understanding, and honesty—and most importantly, I walked away with a brand-new vehicle and a payment that was truly affordable. At a time when I expected to be limited to something unreliable or far beyond my means, Cochran made what felt impossible become possible. That brand-new car exceeded every expectation. It has required no repairs, still looks great inside and out, and gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. I trusted it enough to send my daughter to Florida in my Kia Sportage, and as a result, I am now permanently driving her college runabout, a Nissan Versa. Because of that, I once again find myself in need of a reliable vehicle—and once again, I know exactly where I will go. I am still a West Virginia teacher, only this time I am working a second teaching job to make ends meet, and I need a dealership that understands real people, real numbers, and real life. Cochran has already proven that they can help me get a car that looks like it should be out of my budget—but somehow isn’t. 2025 Kia Niro review
Very satisfied with everything—wonderful mileage, fit and finish, adequate acceleration but some road noise. Great that my golf clubs fit in sideways versus having to lower a back seat back. Very good service dealership. Would definitely buy again!
