I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about Brian. In years past when I used to buy all my vehicles else where. It seemed like the rapport, service, and vip treatment ceased once I signed the deal. The salesman & sales manger didn't know me once I drove off the lot! But with Allan and particularly Brian it is a totally different experience! Recently my wife was rear -ended in her brand new Forte GT LINE. Even though you don't have a body shop , when I called Brian he was happy to speak to me. He was concerned for my wife's safety and well-being. Brian and Allan were both very helpful in assisting us in getting our new parts on our GT Line re-coated with Zurich. They handled they insurance company and Brian set up my appointment at Matthews. Brian took what was an annoyance as well as a cumbersome situation and made it pleasant for us! They helped us get into our brand-new 2026 Kia K4 and somehow managed to make the whole car-buying process actually enjoyable, which I’m pretty sure deserves an award by itself. He answered every question we threw at him, kept everything straightforward, and made sure we were comfortable with the entire deal before we drove off. Buying a car can sometimes feel like you’re preparing for battle, but with Zachary it felt more like hanging out with someone who just happened to know everything about cars and paperwork. 😂 We absolutely love our new K4, and Sam and Zachary played a huge part in making the experience such a good one.
