Came in to replace battery and service rep or supervisor, (not really sure), was very quick and courteous. I was out with only 15 minutes or so. I love how you don???t need to make any appointments for any service.
After extensive online research, I went to Univ Mitsubishi in Davie. Freddy H. Idona, was my sales rep. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and followed through and made the process extremely pleasant. Would recommend.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Great attitude! Everything was nice, our dealer was very honest and supportive, he tried to keep everything within our price range. Never had such good attention at a dealership. Will probably come again with other friends and will recommend him.

Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
