Javier was transparent, kind and efficient. Will honored a $1000 drop in price that occurred the evening prior to my arrival in Tampa. Randy was very professional and knowledgeable about the financial part of the sale. I’d consider making the trip from South Carolina to Tampa for my next truck. The whole team was smiling, helping one another with their potential clients, and didn’t hear anyone speak negatively about how their day was going. Seems like the team worked well together and the culture was like a family. Keep it up CarHeroes!

2024 Kia Telluride review
Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

2024 Kia Telluride review
Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. 2024 Kia Telluride review
It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. Weeks later she called me to let me know that she got the title and she is sending it to me via FEDEX and gave me the tracking number, WOW thats a great service there. Thank you so much Bessie for your help and for following up with me, great customer service and Bessie is a great worker, 5 stars!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Katerina at the Kia dealership. She helped me choose the right vehicle, find an excellent price, and ultimately purchase my Kia Niro. What impressed me the most was how attentive and thorough she was throughout the entire process. She took the time to carefully go over every question I had and always knew the answer or made sure to find the right information. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I truly felt that she cared about helping me make the right decision. Katerina was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and extremely helpful from beginning to end. I’m very happy with my Kia Niro and with the entire buying experience. This is also a great dealership with a very welcoming and professional atmosphere. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Kia dealership and especially Katerina to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you, Katerina, for making the whole car-buying experience so easy and enjoyable!
