Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

Javier was transparent, kind and efficient. Will honored a $1000 drop in price that occurred the evening prior to my arrival in Tampa. Randy was very professional and knowledgeable about the financial part of the sale. I’d consider making the trip from South Carolina to Tampa for my next truck. The whole team was smiling, helping one another with their potential clients, and didn’t hear anyone speak negatively about how their day was going. Seems like the team worked well together and the culture was like a family. Keep it up CarHeroes!

2024 Kia Telluride review
It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

My vehicle had warranty work done . The service desk (Scott) informed me that they could do during the course of my scheduled maintenance, which saved me scheduling another appointment
2024 Kia Telluride review
I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. Peppy engine, nice ride, loads of features; all around it's a nice vehicle that I am quite happy with.

2024 Kia Telluride review
Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Went in to find a car for my husband and left with a car for each of us! We had Carolyn Toledo helping us and we went in to find a hybid car in our price range and had played with the idea of trading my car in as well. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. There wasn't a lot of pushing, but they did a wonderful job of working with us on our budget. I've had some really awful experiences with car dealers, but this one was easy and stress free and we love our cars.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Crown Kia, especially thanks to **Anthony Scopacasa!** From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth, quick, and stress-free. Anthony truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, confident, and taken care of every step of the way\. As an **active-duty military member**, I especially appreciated how military friendly and accommodating the entire experience was. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the best deal. There was no unnecessary pressure, no runaround, and no wasted time - just exceptional customer service and great energy. **Anthony deserves all the recognition!** He made what can sometimes be an overwhelming car-buying experience feel effortless and exciting. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is not only great at their job but also makes the entire experience enjoyable.
