I Purchased a 2015 Tacoma TRD PRO on line. I'm 3 1/2 hours away so everything was phone and email. Couldn't have been an easier process. I was sent a video walk around of the truck and the manager pointed out every little rock chip or imperfection. From Wes the Manager to Brian in Finance to Ryan in Sales...Top Notch! I'm like a lot of people that don't like dealing with a car dealer...I've had bad experiences in the past. This was the smoothest, easiest transaction I've ever had at a dealership. The truck was priced fairly and when the shipper delivered it, the condition was exactly as I was told, No Surprises! I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat. Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. We researched vehicles online and decided to visit Wissler Motors for a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. Tyler Ashley greeted us on the lot. I just recently purchased my second car from 83 Autos within a year timespan. The first car was a Honda Accord. It was a very clean, reliable car. I had no mechanical issues or any issues for that matter up until it was totaled hitting a deer. But thanks to Peter, Adam & Michael they worked with me to get me in another car even before they received the check from the insurance company. My recent purchase was a Toyota Camry. This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

I just purchased a gorgeous used Lexus RX350 from Jack Giamblavo Mazda. My sales consultant was William Seiler, and we initially corresponded through email. He was friendly and courteous and not pushy. When I requested if he could send me additional pictures of the car he did as quickly as possible. Any questions I asked he answered promptly, and he would check back to make sure I received what I requested. Some time went by, due to a death in my immediate family and also the distance from the dealership to my home, in Vineland, was a 2.5+hr drive; which I was reluctant to drive. After a few weeks William reached out to me again, to see if I was still interested, or if I had purchased another vehicle in the interim. It was just the the nudge I needed to move forward. I called him and we reviewed the details to move froward and he shared with me, that his Mother's name was Carolee as well! I was quite surprised ...this is a very uncommon name. My husband and I, along with William, made a deal, to purchase the car and have them deliver it. William fulfilled our request to do a video, go around, of the interior and exterior of the car and to reveal any blemishes. He did that within a couple hours and a contract was drawn up. Papers to sign and get notarized were overnighted to us, and we overnighted our payment. Everything went smoothly. The 2 gentlemen, I believe, were Ron and Rick?, that drove the car to us, were very courteous and friendly. Thank you William! I am thrilled with the car and it was exactly what I expected...and more!

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

This dealer has new and used cars all over the county. I went to look at the popular Maverick pickup. This one had some issues that manifested right away. The dealer has corrected them and is keeping me in the loop because the title is in limbo (previous owner passed away.

2025 KIA Soil GT Line, beautiful exterior, love the wheels, interior is not fancy but good enough. Great gas milage (33) and the 'Stop and Go' works well.

Have purchased all of our used cars from CarMax. Only criticism I would have is you need to really inspect the car well if it has been in a reported accident. We try to stay away from those - to many hidden damage possibilities. CarMax sales person, Mike is awesome and has enabled me to put my two daughters in safe and nice first time vehicles.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.
