2022 Kia Soul review
I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.

Casey was easy to work with. Love the test drive; just gave me the keys and said check it out. Deal was simple and to the point from both sides. Truck was great, they detailed and got me out quicker than anywhere I’ve ever been. No high pressure B.S. here. Thanks Impex and Casey!
2010 Kia Soul review
I bought a rarity - a used 96k miles Soul with a manual transmission and a sunroof. Kia didn't make that combination as a rule, but I bought their Special Edition. It is so easy, comfortable and pleasurable to drive. The cargo space is generous. Underneath it is an organizer toolbox - also generous. Shifting is a breeze.

2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. What stood out to me most was how dependable and genuine everyone was throughout the process. I never felt like I was just another customer or that I was being pushed into something I wasn’t comfortable with! Alex is the besttttt! He took the time to listen to what I needed, answered all of my a million questions honestly, and made sure everything was handled properly. Even after the sale, I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied with my vehicle! It’s not often that you come across a dealership where you feel like you can actually trust the people you’re dealing with. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends, and I would definitely come back here for my next vehicle!!
2017 Kia Soul review
I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Mastria Kia review
We had a fantastic experience buying our vehicle at Mastria Kia, and I especially want to recognize Nathan Heng, Sales and Leasing Consultant, and Tony Bruno, General Sales Manager. Nathan was excellent to work with from start to finish — easygoing, professional, patient, and straightforward. There was no unnecessary runaround, no pressure, and no overpromising. Everything that was discussed was clear, realistic, and followed through exactly as promised. Tony was also great to work with and made sure the entire deal came together smoothly and exactly the way it had been presented to us. We were buying the vehicle for our daughter, so finding the right car and feeling comfortable with the people we were dealing with was especially important to us. She absolutely loves the car, and we feel we got a very good vehicle at a very fair price. We also live about an hour and a half away from the dealership without traffic, which made the logistics a little more complicated. Nathan and the team were very accommodating and helped us work out a convenient way to get the vehicle home, which we really appreciated. I have been around the car business for many years, so I know how complicated buying a vehicle can sometimes become. This experience was the opposite — clear communication, straightforward numbers, no surprises, and a very easy process from beginning to end. We are extremely happy with the car, the price, and the service we received. If you are shopping at Mastria Kia, I would definitely recommend asking for Nathan Heng. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and Tony made sure everything was handled properly.
