2025 Kia Soul review
Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!
2018 Kia Soul review

2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. On November 25, 2023, my husband and I visited Ron Bouchard Kia with the intention of replacing his 8-year-old car with a new Kia Sorento. Being our first time at the dealership, we were uncertain about what to expect. Fortunately, we were warmly greeted by Jackie, who proved to be exceptional! She patiently walked us through the car's features, addressing all our questions with clarity and enthusiasm. Jackie presented us with various options from their inventory, and even offered to arrange swaps with other dealerships if we couldn't find our preferred car on-site. Importantly, she assisted us without exerting undue pressure to finalize the sale. After test driving the car and falling in love with it, we returned to the dealership. Jackie seamlessly guided us through the documentation process, and we proceeded to speak with the Finance Manager regarding leasing options. The deal we reached left us satisfied. Despite spending the entire afternoon at the dealership, we didn't realize we were the last customers in the store. Jackie patiently waited for us to complete the paperwork with the Finance Manager before bidding us farewell. Two days later, my husband returned to the dealership and returned home with our new car. Overall, the entire transaction was remarkably straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception and the ease of doing business. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Ron Bouchard and would gladly consider doing business with them again in the future.

6 months ago, today, I bought a truck from Chelmsford Street Auto Sales. As I'm approaching my first oil change, I believe the verdict is out on how everything has gone. The experience I had here was very good. Ross was very accommodating to me when I purchased the truck and he made things very easy for me. He took care of just about everything I needed and was very thorough on the test drive/vehicle walk through/paperwork process. This place is definitely not the stereotypical sleazy used car dealership, and the environment is very low pressure. The first week I had the truck, I had a few minor problems come up with it. However, they were very prompt to fix these issues for me immediately. So far, I have not had any problems since that initial speed bump. Other than that, the truck had been looked over pretty well by their shop and several wearable parts were replaced prior to me getting it. I paid a little more than I think I should have for the truck, but that being said, I did end up with a pretty good vehicle. This isn't a dealer where you go to buy an old beater car. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle, and want to be treated like a decent human being, I highly recommend this place.
2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Bought a 2006 Toyota Camry V6 from Elias, New Years day 2020. Car was overall in good shape. Had some dings that did not appear in the pictures. I had them pulled from a paint less dent remover for about $200. It needed 2 new tires in the rear, $50 each An Oxygen sensor failed. I had it fixed myself for $150. I couldn't make it back to him to fix it for free. Missing a few trim odds and ends that I got from online. He did put in a new battery and did the rear brakes prior to finalizing the sale. Used cars are rarely perfect. Luckily I have a lot of experience with cars so I have a higher tolerance . Overall I was happy with the experience. I'd buy from them again
2021 Kia Soul review
In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Good commuter, fuel mileage and lower cost for maintenance. Stylish exterior looks really nice. Comfortable seats good quality leather. Touch screen stereo seems really fun. Reliable, good performance, these vehicles hold up well on the resale value. No Concerns, I like my ride.
