I hate to parrot the other great reviews. But I will. We too hate all the issues in buying a new car. City Limits Subaru changed that after all our years of buying cars but dreading it. City Limits Subaru was the greatest. Car selection was fantastic. Even better was everyone at the dealership was above and beyond any other auto dealer. The staff was attentive, respectful, very efficient, knowledgeable and, no pressure at all. No pressure with the sale of the vehicle or the finance department. If I could I’d buy another vehicle from them tomorrow. Believe me when I say City Limits Subaru has no limits.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am greatly pleased with the top notch customer service that I consistently receive at this business, in particular their “Chuck’s Super Lube” department. Last month, I purchased a set of tires from them because they were the most affordable. (It was a great experience!) And last week, their Express Service Manager, Dan Ray, demonstrated his technical excellence in helping his team to solve my “engine warning light “ problem in a remarkably short time. I was so pleased! I will continue to recommend this dealership whenever the opportunity arises!

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

2025 KIA Soil GT Line, beautiful exterior, love the wheels, interior is not fancy but good enough. Great gas milage (33) and the 'Stop and Go' works well.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.
